Title: Not bad.
Review: The downside is that the syringe doesn't hold much water. But I've used way worse tools to work on ear wax. These would be great if you were travelling a lot. Pack them in your stuff and you could have them if you needed them while at a hotel or such.I was fine with the results. But would want a better method for at home.

Title: This is a smaller version of what my Dr uses
Review: Probably the biggest lie ever told is that we don't use Q-tips to clean out our ears, and yet that is the worst thing we can do because it just pushes wax further into the ear canal. The most effective way for me is to irrigate my ears with warm water - in the shower, because it can get messy - and this is a great way to do so.When I asked my doctor about the best way to clean my ear canals, I was told that using olive oil before irrigating, is a great way to loosen things up - I'm not real comfortable squirting peroxide into my ear - and to irrigate gently. I don't think fire-hosing my ears is a good way to clean.I have been using a bulb type irrigation and although it works I don't feel like it has the cleaning power these do. In particular the way the nozzles spread the water, seems to make them more effective - I just use caution not to put too much pressure into my ear, because these syringes can produce a very strong stream of water. In the shower is the best way to do this, and if it gets messy, who cares? They will clean out your ear canals after some repeated irrigation ( I find the blue nozzle most effective for me) and they are very cost effective, versus a visit to the physician. I recommend them.

Title: The heads fly off real easily
Review: It wouldn't have taken much more engineering effort to make these like a Luker lock or something. They had just slip on and off the syringes and easily get lost or fly off when trying to use them. Next time I'll buy something with a little bit more quality.

Title: In my travel bag
Review: I have an electric irrigator I use at home but it is just so bulky I don't want to haul it along when I go traveling. This little irrigator does a fine job though I fill it a couple of times per ear. It takes up a lot less space in my bags than my electric. I would caution that you need to be careful to figure out just how hard to push the plunger because it can really shoot out the water with a lot of pressure. Just try it gently at first.
