Title: Beautiful Pictures
Review: Hi I just finished installing my Zosi Security s ystem and I am impressed with the pictures that the 4K cameras put out. I am a old man and not the sharpest when it comes to computer's and electronics in general so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to handle the task of installing the system. I was lucky when I started working with a tech at Zosi named Jar. With his patience and understanding he walked me through it step by step. And no matter what I threw at him he would come back with a solution. He was very professional and at the same time he always had a way of calming me down and just doing what we had to do. Thanks to Jar I have some amazing pictures on my monitor. I am sure I will need to contact Jar in the future but I am looking forward to it. I now consider Jar a friend and not just someone I go to when I need something to do with my system. In short thank you for everything Jar. Because of you I just love my Zosi system and wouldn't want to own anything else. Thanks again Zosi. Todd

Title: Video quality customer service excellent
Review: After hooking up camera I notice a blur on the image displayed. Turns out it came from the camera lens ... not in front (cleaned the lens thoroughly but it was on the internal side of the lense. Discussed with Fannie, a customer service at ZOSI and upon review she is sending a replacement camera at no charge. Camera well great other than this blur but ZOSI came through with resolving the issue quickly and effectively. Thanks Fannie.Update, received replacement camera very quickly from ZOSI and it worked perfect. Their customer service was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again. Change my 4 star to 5 star rating. Thanks again Fannie the whole support team ... your response was excellent.

Title: Very good for the price, but a few quirks.
Review: Excellent image quality for the price, and good range on the night vision. But, a couple of drawbacks. 1) The camera switches to Black & White in lower lighting conditions, and the threshold for this is quite high. Meaning, even when there is a pretty good amount of light, the camera will still switch to B&W. 2) The switch that toggles between color and B&W and turns night vision on is a mechanical relay. All of my other cameras have had a solid-state (i.e. transistorized) switch. The problem with the relay is that it is quite loud. If you try to take a nap in a room with this camera during the day, depending on how the light shines through the window, you will hear the relay frequently toggling back and forth, and it is noisy! And, I have doubts about the longevity before the relay contacts wear, and the unit appears to be sealed such that you can't open it to change the relay. 3) The mounting / swivel mechanism is lousy compared to other similarly-styled cameras I've owned. 4) The aspect ratio is claimed to be 16x9, but I don't believe that is accurate. When displaying the image on a 16x9 monitor, everything is visibly stretched. It looks like the actual aspect ratio of the signal is somewhere between 4:3 and 16x9. But, at the price, these are quite good, and the image is notably better than the lower-resolution analog cameras I previously used.

Title: Decent for the price
Review: I initially had a few issues with this system, first with cameras dying and then the entire NVR box going bad. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to send me a replacement box. So, even though it was annoying to go through the issues, the customer support was very good and was able to fix the problem. The picture quality on the cameras is good, and the playback quality is also good.

Review: I recently replaced my Zosi DVR which was having some problems by re-booting randomly several times a day. The DVR was getting old and it was time to replace so I ordered a new one but after installing it, it wouldnât display any of my cameras. After contacting Zosi support it was determined that there was a conflict with my laptops graphic driver. Since the laptop was nearly 10 years old we decided it was time for a replacement so I bought a new HP Notebook, installed AVSS for Windows PC and everything worked fine. Someone suggested I upgrade the operating system on the new notebook from Win 10 Home Edition to Win 10 Professional. There was a sale online so I downloaded the upgrade and installed the new operating system and âsurpriseâ! My AVSS for Windows PC no longer worked!To make a long story short, I again contacted Zosi Support where Doris took on the task of determining what the problem was. I am VERY grateful that Doris took charge. She asked me to send videos of the problem, which I supplied, and then asked that I send her several screen captures from the DVR so she could determine the problem. After several attempts to reset my login name and password There was no difference. This process took several days. Working with Doris was a pleasure! She is very competent and knows how to handle frustrated and irritable clients like myself. She tried and I have to admit I was beginning to give up. Saturday she asked for my login ID and Password and âtheyâ would fix my login problems.It worked! Well, it worked on all my computers except my notebook, which still would not recognize me when I tried to Login! Once again I contacted Zosi Support and left a message and another video of the problem I was experiencing.On Sunday evening (Monday morning in DT, Doris Time) I got a message asking if I would mind loading TeamViewer so her team could find and correct the problem. I said âyes!â and sent her the ID and Password for TeamViewer. They logged into my laptop remotely and after about an hour they had the problem corrected!I am so very impressed with the level of service rendered by Zosi Support and especially by Doris that I just have to tell someone. I have been using Zosi DVRâs and cameras for a very long time, 5 VCRâs and several dozen cameras and one of the reasons I stay with Zosi has nothing to do with price although they certainly have their equipment priced competitively, The real reason is their excellent service.I HIGHLY recommend Zosi for your security needs.Robert E [email protected]
