Title: Worthwhile and specialized hacks that are not shared elsewhere by a psychiatrist
Review: I recommend this inexpensive workbook to all psychotherapy clients so they can learn for themselves the optimal conditions for best brain function. This is full of hacks (eat protein in the AM for your brain to function best) and recognizing that there are many things peeps can control to make depression smaller and have their brain available when they want it to work. This is the physical, organic info so your brain performs better. Emmons shares science based info to chose for yourself if you want to use supplements to feel better and which methods are best for the 3 types of depression. This workbook is filled with so much about healing PERMANENTLY by doing the therapy healing work with methods (Yoga, meditation, eating well) that leave the person in control of their brain health. Best book hands down if you only buy one for improved health.

Title: Great adult workbook!
Review: This workbook is amazing! When I ordered it I was fearful that the workbook would seem childish in nature but I was wrong. This workbook will have you digging deep down inside to try to conquer the issues that prevent you from enjoying life as much as you can/once did. I still reference this book from time to time when I'm feeling down so that I can remind myself of how far I've come. The quizzes are insightful and the format is easy to follow. I would recommend this to everyone and I would purchase this product again.
