Title: A great little coffee maker - just what I needed!
Review: I got this coffee maker after trying another brand with slightly different functions and I like this one so much better. It makes great coffee and is easy to use. Folks in some reviews mentioned a couple of complaints, so I'll address those first: 1. The coffee is plenty hot for me right after brewing (though I don't think I'm that picky about it). However, I have noticed that if you have a few minutes to let it sit in the pot, it definitely gets hotter and will meet the needs of those who prefer hotter coffee.; 2. Someone mentioned having trouble pouring water into the reservoir because they didn't think the top opened far enough and it made it difficult to pour. I agree that it would be easier if the lid opened a few more degrees, but haven't had any problem. I found that if I just pour from a little higher, I can tip the pitcher as far as I need to to empty it.; and 3. Some folks mentioned having trouble pouring from the pitcher. I think it pours beautifully. I do recommend that you not slosh it quickly into your cup or you will send coffee flying everywhere. However, pouring at what I consider a normal rate, it works great - no dripping down the pitcher. Oh, and 4. I think someone mentioned not liking that the off switch was on the side instead of the front. This coffee maker has a really small footprint, so I have mine turned so the switch faces the front and it doesn't eat up too much counter space. I think this coffee pot is well-designed and is attractive as far as little appliances go (if you're into cute little things). One person mentioned that they broke the liner in the reusable filter - it is something like a polyester tight-weave fabric instead of metal - so I was concerned about that. If you hold the filter by the plastic rather than pushing against that fabric when you dump the grounds, I don't think you'll have an issue. I'm sure it will wear out eventually though, so I bought the only reusable #2 metal filter I could find on here. As a side note, I was worried about whether it would fit. It has a plastic handle to lift it out and I think I'll have to remove that to use this filter. Where the handle pokes through the sides of the filter, it sticks out on the outside and those little knobs keep it from sitting down in this coffee maker. I think it will be much sturdier than the one that comes with the pot, so it's in my cabinet for when I need it. All in all, I think this is a great little coffee maker. Perfect for me since I'm the only coffee drinker in the house.

Title: Compact, easy to use
Review: Takes up a lot less space than our old Mr. Coffee. I think it makes better coffee too. One button, nice and simple. I also like the slightly staggered fill lines on the carafe: fill to HERE with water and youâll get THIS much coffee.

Title: Makes A Great Cuppa Coffee, A Little Messy Though
Review: This little coffee maker is just the right size for a small kitchen counter. It comes with a mesh basket so you don't need to use filter paper, though you can remove the basket and use filter paper if you want. Using the basket, however, results in a very rich, smooth cup of coffee.Brew time for 1-2 cups of coffee is under 5 minutes (I haven't timed it exactly). My only complaint is that coffee sometimes spills a little when you remove the pot from the coffee maker. So, this coffee maker is definitely worth $35-$40, which is what I paid for it.

Title: Simplicity of design and use
Review: I love this coffee maker. It is simple to use with just one button and makes enough for when I have houseguests-they can even figure out how to use it if they get up before I do. Most 10-12 cup coffee makers have all kinds of buttons, timers and a clock that has to be reset if you unplug it or the electricity is interrupted. I donât need or want a timer because I am not always certain when I will get up and I donât like water to sit in the coffee maker overnight allowing microorganisms to grow. The auto-off function is useful if I forget to turn it off. The quality of the coffee is good, even if only making one cup. I have had this coffee maker a year now and it continues to work well. In short this coffee maker has all the features I want and none that I find superfluous.

Title: Pretty, coffee's fine, but kind of a pain to use...
Review: Attractive, nothing extra you don't really need, makes decent coffee. BUT:I was replacing a much-loved Braun Aromaster, so was looking for a basic coffeemaker, preferably by a respected manufacturer. This Krups is similarly simple, but is awkward to use.1. The coffee carafe is shaped such that pouring from it requires me to tip it way over, practically upside down, to get all the coffee out of the carafe. Mildly inconvenient when pouring a cup of coffee.2. However, VERY inconvenient when filling the small opening where the water reservoir is located, as the lid to the combined reservoir and coffee grounds area doesn't flip back far enough to let me empty the carafe of water into the reservoir. I 'solved' that by measuring the water amount and putting it into another container which I use to fill the reservoir. It's an annoying step to have to take when Krups so easily could have avoided this by designing its lid to flip all the way back down.3. The power button: its location is to the left side of the machine where no one will see it and remember to turn off the machine (which will happen automatically in ONE hour...but still...) One fills the machine with water on the Right side, or when finished with the machine, would likely place it on the counter with the front showing. NOT the left. This means that I am constantly repositioning the device.4. It does make decent coffee, but not so outstanding that I wouldn't return it, but repacking it for return would be difficult to have replicated the packing process.DON'T BUY IT. IT'S PRETTY BUT IT'S A PAIN.

Title: This little coffee maker rocks
Review: It's small, it's basic, but makes excellent coffee. My husband drinks decaf, I drink regular. Both of us rate the strength and taste as excellent. The coffee is kept HOT on the warmer, so I don't have to microwave to warm my second cup. Very pleased.

Review: Exactly what I was looking for - not too big, looks good, simple to use and a small footprint. The coffee really gets kept hot, the plate stays on for an hour. I had another permanent coffee filter I use, the plastic one included is a little bit on the cheap side. Happy so far!

Review: This coffee maker makes excellent coffee!! Had no issues pouring water into reservoir. Some reviews indicated this as being a problem although the water pours into the reservoir with ease! Used the recommended amount of coffee and it was perfect for us! It does brew a little slower than your average coffee maker although there is a reason for this. Depending on which strength of coffee you choose this will vary. It's obvious that a little more time brews a much better cup of coffee. We have tried multiple coffee makers and always ended up with coffee that was subpar. I would highly recommend this coffee machine!!!

Review: I have purchased this small little coffee maker back in 2020 during the pandemic and I'm still using it 4 years later! It functions perfectly, it has never broken down, extremely easy to clean and no hassle! I have been meaning to post a review for so many years now, but I had forgotten to do it until recently. If you are looking for a small coffee maker that doesn't take too much counter space, looks stylish with silver accent, comes with a re-usable filter, makes quick coffee and is easy to clean, you must purchase this one. You don't even need to think about whether to buy it, it is cheap and will last you years! For the price range, this is definitely a steal.I have attached a photo where it shows how small the coffee maker actually is in comparison to a ninja blender and a coffee mug from Ikea. I have been enjoying this coffee maker and I hope others can do the same. I wanted to mention that this is ideal for one person, mainly if you need a couple of cups on a daily basis. For the size, quality of coffee it makes, functionality and aesthetics, I rate this 5/5!

Review: This product is 110V and has what looks like a US plug on it. It is not suitable for use in the UK. The product is listed on Amazon.co.uk. As it was an electrical product listed on the Amazon UK site i stupidly assumed it would work in the UK. I am now 3 conversations deep with Amazon customer support. There is no issue returning it, however the returns label is to a destination in Kentucky in the US. Given that i am in Edinburgh, I did contact Amazon to ask if that was the most efficient way to return the item. I'm still in the chat - explaining. What ? - the product ? - that looks fine - we spent a long time searching for machines before finally settling on this one. What idiots we were to check it wasn't going to be listed with a US plug on an UK website.
