Review: Before I received my Quest 3s I purchased a few necessary accessories, among them this comfort head strap from apexinno.Pros:1. as described, you can reduce the pressure on your head, the comfortable memory back cushion is able to hold your head from being tilted forward by the weight of the headset which is great.2. simple adjustment knob. There is a knob at the back of your head that can be rotated to adjust the tightness, so you won't feel awkward when using it.3. About the headphone jack: I noticed that Meta released the new Quest 3s without the 3.5mm headphone jack, if you use the Quest 3 head strap, then your Quest 3s will have a useless hole on the side of the headphone jack, and it doesn't look good either. (I've noticed that most head straps on the market use a version with a headphone hole, so buy with caution.)Cons: As I mentioned above, this head strap is only designed for Quest 3s, so if you're buying it for your Quest 3, please browse other styles. I put it on my quest 3,it works but blocks the headphone jack.Overall: This is the only head strap I've seen on the market so far that is designed for the Meta Quest 3S. it's worth buying.

Review: This is the second accessory I've bought for my quest 3s. I can't believe the meta head strap is over $50.00 it's crazy. I love the unique design of this head strap. It's so much more comfortable to wear than the original meta strap! And the two sides of the rack can be twisted at will, it's great quality! What's not to like when you can get a high quality headstrap for half the price? Recommended!

Title: The first (and most important) 3S accessory you need
Review: Let's be honest: The stock head straps on the Quest headsets are garbage. They cause pinch points and pressure headaches, and they force the unit so hard against your face that you get those ridiculous red marks after long sessions.The first accessory you need is a new head strap, and this one is an exceptional choice.Installation took about two minutes (and I didn't even have to remove the face plate to get the top strap through the front bracket). The adjustment straps are padded for comfort, and there's a quick adjust crank wheel at the back that allows you to tighten and loosen the side straps seamlessly while you're playing. The articulation points give you a huge range of motion on the back support pad - you can wear it higher up near the top of your head if that's more comfortable, or you can lower it so that it supports the base of your head instead. It's such a significant improvement for comfort and convenience that I don't understand why Meta doesn't just include a head strap like this with the unit. Half the Quest reviews about headaches and discomfort would go away.If you have a 3S, get this.
