Title: The design can be better
Review: The cuff fits but it is very hard to put on by myself as the metal ring is on the outside of the arm and it is hard to reach around to undo the Velcro and tighten the cuff. I have to slide it on already closed and use it without adjusting it. If i try to open the velcro while it is on my arm the material of the cuff can slide down into one corner of the ring and i have to take the whole thing off and start all over.
