Title: Very heavy duty
Review: I travel from location to location for my job and I love this notebook! The covers are very thick & sturdy as well as the metal for the spiral. I like that it also has a bookmark to keep my place. The paper is really nice as well, I use felt tip markers to take note and it doesn't bleed through.

Title: Great for studying medicine!
Review: I used this only for studying medicine and learning anatomy, the page numbers so I can go back and look at things god so much easier. I have some really nice gel ones and they just glide across this paper. The paper is also on the thicker side and that helps when highlighting or drawing anatomy. My pens do not run through pages so everything stays nice and neat.

Review: I needed a large notebook to use to study for an important exam for my career. This notebook is absolute perfection! It is sturdy with the metal binding, large sized paper, no ink bleeding, and the pretty pastel colored tabs make it easier to add different sections as well. Don't think twice, buy this now! Title: Nice notebook but some durability concerns
Review: The design of this A4 Spiral Notebook is nice. The rings are large, which allows the pages to move freely. The paper is thick and doesn't bleed. There's space for a date on each page, and there's a large pocket in the back for loose items like receipts. There are also stick-on tabs provided in that pocket for organization, which is a nice touch. It is worth noting, however, that the pages are cream and not white. That doesn't matter to me but I know it does to some people.The cover is thick. The pen holder is a good size and sewn into the cover well, and the elastic that goes around the book keeps it firmly closed.The notebook does lay flat as promised, which makes it easier to use, but it doesn't line up when it is flat (one side is higher than the other). Again, that doesn't matter to me, but for those who do care, you'll want to look elsewhere.The ruler doesn't stay on the notebook, which means it will get lost easily, but that will only matter for people who need it.The only concern I have is with durability. The first notebook I received had large dents in multiple places and severely bent rings, so I exchanged it and got the one pictured. I would've chalked the first notebook up to bad luck, except that the new notebook is already showing an indent from the elastic that holds it closed. The cover is much softer than other hardcover notebooks I own, and I suspect that's why it's so easily dented/damaged. I suspect it will look pretty beat up in short order. As long as it doesn't fall apart, I'm okay with that, but I expected better from a notebook priced at $16.99.
