Title: Works well!!!!
Review: I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this product. Well not this review!!! All parts are in it(top right corner of one of my pics has the other parts), the quality is a expected, it comes assembled already, and it has some example exercises. I do feel it could be a little cheaper, only because it's not much to it. It's a very simple machine. I'm happy!!!!I wouldn't trust it on carpet, it compromises the integrity of the middle of the board.

Review: There are no instructions. The package was beeping at me while it was in the porch. I’m still not sure exactly what I’m supposed to do with this. The “instructions” elude to things that you aren’t even sure what the hell they are talking about.
