Title: Love Seedlip, but complicated cocktail recipes
Review: We love Seedlip and have all four varieties so thought this cocktail recipe book would be helpful. I think it was meant for bartenders because a lot of the ingredients mentioned Iâve never heard of and am not inclined to buy. Good tonic water and lime with any of the Seedlips seems to be the easiest.

Title: Great for a bartender and/or Seedlip fan, not for a casual user
Review: The recipes for the drinks themselves are simple, but the syrups and shrubs that go in them are not. I don't know how many home mixologists are up for making Pine-Smoked Blood Orange Juice, Cut Grass Glyncture (made with lawn trimmings and vegetable glycerine), or Pea & Eucalyptus Soda, but I'm not one of them. I don't even have Seedlip on hand, let alone dried dragon eye, cloudberries, or malic acid.If you already have a full set of Seedlip bottles and love to experiment with complex mocktails and niche ingredients, this is probably a great book for you. If you're just someone who wants to mix up a nonalcoholic drink, try a different book.
