Title: I had a bad reaction
Review: I tried to use this product to sleep, and I had a terrible reaction to it. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and severe dizziness. I could barely walk to the bathroom to use it as I desperately needed to. It took 24 hours for the ill effects to wear off and pass through. I threw the bottle away and will never recommend it to anyone. If you are sensitive to meds at all, buyer beware.
