Title: Great product so far.
Review: First headset I have ever ordered as I'm newer to the trucking industry. It came in brand new packaging sealed and neatly packaged and secure. The sound quality is amazing but I haven't had the opportunity to use it a ton yet! Would reccomend!

Review: I wish it were constructed with better materials. The sound quality is great and it is comfortable enough to wear for hours. They are a little fragile but they come with a case that I recommend you use when you're not using them

Title: Disappointing Experience with This Headset
Review: I was highly disappointed with this headset for several reasons: 1. Poor Build Quality: The leather covers on both sides peeled off quickly, and the headset bow broke where it attaches on both sides, which is unacceptable for regular use. 2. Terrible Audio Performance: The voice quality is extremely bad, especially when the other party is speaking on speakerphone or using hands-free in the car. It’s almost impossible to understand them in these conditions. 3. Uncomfortable to Wear: Wearing this headset for extended periods is painful. It’s not comfortable, making it difficult to use for long sessions.Overall, I would not recommend this headset due to its poor durability, subpar sound quality, and discomfort.

Title: Hmm.. ok WOW!
Review: Never in my life have I ever wanted to get a massive headset.. but here I am! Finally joining the crew lol. I've had mainly little plantronic over the ear headsets but it was either they fell out my vest and I ran them over.. or I've had them for only a couple years before they started to act up.First off.. it fits my big head without the headset trying to squeeze your brains out.The muffs fit nicely over my ears and the padding is so cush omg it's nice.The detachable right side earmuff is cool but I prefer it attached.. easy to attach and reattach.Muffs are definitely adjustable.All operative buttons are on the left muff along with the mic.Mic pretty much sits in front of your mouth.Battery lasts for a very long time which is so wonderful.Noise cancellation is good, I have no complaints hearing calls or even music through this headset in our Lonestar.Uses a micro usb to charge.Only complaint.. I can't eat while the mic is completely down lol it does get in the way.Other than that I urge you to give it a go!!

Title: Expensive, but if you drive a noisy truck this is the headset for you.
Review: I drive a noisy truck with a flakey radio so going hands-free was pretty much impossible. I tried earbuds I tried other headsets I tried it through the radio. No one could hear me, too echoey, no one could understand what I was saying when they could hear. I couldn't understand them. Really wrestled with whether or not to spend the money on this headset. Got frustrated and just did it. One of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. I can hear them they can hear me and if it’s really noisy I flip up the noise canceling for my side and I hear even better but usually don’t even need to.

Title: Microphone issues and sound quality
Review: I was disappointed in sound quality . Microphone keeps switching from mute on to mute off and vocal indication of such is driving me crazy. Not even moving Microphone but keeps saying mute on mute off... aghh make it stop. Less than a month of use and I'm ready to throw them away.. on the positive phone connection is really good and noise canceling works great. Clear conversation even in noisy outdoor environments.
