Title: Customer service is excellent
Review: If you're setting up and using the system locally (not looking for remote access), it's extremely simple. Everything is preprogrammed. I connected an old monitor and cable to the NVR. I plugged in the NVR. Connected it to my WiFi network that covers the area for cameras, then connected it to my router via ethernet. Plugged in cameras one by one. Each came up perfectly. Each camera comes with mounting hardware but I like to move mine around almost daily. I bought some inexpensive plastic boxes from Amazon. I screwed the cameras into them. I put them on table tops and shelves and in one case, on the floor. The power cord is long. I plugged them into closest AC outlet. Walked back to NVR. All cameras were up and running perfectly. If you're used to setting up things on a computer, the software to set up the cameras trigger area and sound and image, etc is easy and quick.It's a little more complicated to set up remote access. It tells you to scan an OCR to download the software for your smartphone. The website it dead. Look it up manually on your phone's store. Follow the instructions. It's not hard. The manual is very good.I'm sitting here in Toronto, following my cleaning lady around in Orlando. Video is outstanding. Trigger areas work for the most part. But I idid manage to trap 5 racoons in the first week so it works good enough.Lastly, 2 of the 8 cameras were DOA for sound. Video 100%. Audio 0%. I sent message to Amazon. They put me in touch with vendor (because I didn't want to return the whole box). They were responsive. No questions asked. Sent me 2 camera replacements. Now I can see and hear in all 8.Highly recommend this system and company.

Title: Works better than advertised
Review: After installing over 6 of Hiseeu systems I desided to replace my wired Lorrex system at my own home. I bought the wireless 16CH unit with 8 cams. The first thing I did was plug in every camera on the work bench prior to install. This allowed me to label each cam with the corresponding number as it appeared on the screen. I left the monitor on as I installed each camera so I could see the area covered by each camera.To my surprise I was able to get more distance from the receiver than promised, most likely because of a clear line of site? The ability to hear and speak through each camera was a unexpected surprise, and the ability to remotely set off the siren was handy as well. I will be installing 2 more of these systems for my friends in the next two weeks to help with their home and business protection.

Title: Terrible Customer Service For defective Camera.
Review: Bought this at the end of October and finally got the time to put the cameras up. All but one connected. I sent an email to them and included the model number. They requested the order number for the model number when I included the tag on the side of the box with the model number.Now they want a video of my steps to connect but I can’t upload the video I have. As you can see, in the video, the camera connects and then disconnects with it sitting right on top of the unit so it isn’t disconnecting because it is too far away.They used ti have great customer service but now, not so much. It was just purchased a month ago and yet they can’t seem to understand that the camera is junk.If it works it’s a great system. This is my second one and one of the reasons was how good their customer service was. Not so much anymore. I probably won’t purchase another one because of this.Their customer service is overseas and the time constraints make it difficult too.

Title: Great Security Camera System!
Review: I recently got this 2K WiFi Security Camera System, and it’s been fantastic. The 3-megapixel resolution gives super clear images, and the two-way audio is really handy for talking through the camera. Setting it up was a breeze, and the NVR makes recording and playback easy. Title: Very limited - ***IMPROVED***
Review: It’s a good price, was easy to set up.However, it is very limited and only works with the cameras they came with. I purchased 2 of their ptz cameras but could not get them to work with this nvr. It’s viewable thru the app as an additional device so they can charge you for cloud storage. (I just purchased sd cards for recording.)I spoke to tech support a few times over about 2 weeks of them having me do various steps, but nothing worked. I’m quite disappointed because I purchased this for the ability to have up to 10 cameras which is actually not the case at all.If you’re looking to expand and add cameras I do not recommend this product.****UPDATED REVIEW 10/1/2024****The latest update they made has improved dramatically! I can now see ALL of my cameras even the additional ptz ones I purchased separately.NOW I can truthfully say this product and additional cameras are a great deal.It’s much easier to navigate playback and search through recordings.I highly recommend it.I give it only 4 stars (from 1 star) because of the annoying attempts in the app to get you to purchase the cloud service, it’s a bit much.PS No, i have not been compensated for this review.

Title: Easy Setup!!
Review: We bought these for our animal barn so we can keep a close eye on some of our animals. I couldn't get over how quick and easy the setup was for these cameras!! We have only had teh product install for 5 days so far, but we love it. We would recommend to anyway. Plus, I am able to set it up to notify me when there is movement.

Title: Not water proof..
Review: Poor quality, not water proof like stated..Only had a few months abd even with them mounted in locations that get very little rain on them they are not water proof..Several cameras have water inside the lense which blurs the images..Since it's out of the 30 day amazon return the company isn't going to replace the cameras and it means buying another system some where else..Look for a better system and save your money..
