Title: So easy my 11yo granddaughter uses it!
Review: Keeps everything organized and charged. It does have to be wiggled around a bit because the wrist strings keep it from setting correctly on the charging pins. If the charging pins were a little longer it probably wouldn’t be as much of a problem but I do like the way it keeps things organized.Now that it has been used a while it works even better …guess it has to be broken in.

Title: Defective product both arounds of buying.
Review: Brought it and right away the right side didn't charge the battery but the left side did. So then requested a return and got an new one, and now the right side charges but not the left. At this point i don't feel comfortable buying from this company, cause their products seem defective. It's draining cause this was a birthday gift and now have to have my cuzin wait even longer due to their lack good quality control.

Title: Great concept, spotty execution
Review: I really want to like this product! It comes with rechargeable batteries for the hand controllers and a battery cover to interact with the rechargeable batteries and the charging station. It also wirelessly charges the headset. The first issue happened within 60 days of receiving the charger. The magnetic connection on the base separated from the charger and stuck to the headset. This caused the headset to stop charging. I emailed the seller. They were very quick to respond and they sent a replacement right away. Now the charger base appears to be malfunctioning at the right controller charging port. The charge indicator has stopped indicating any charge is taking place (even when moving the controller around...as is sometimes required to create a solid charge connection). I'll use the other charge base, along with the batteries and battery cover, to troubleshoot the issue and hopefully replace the defective item. I'm not sure if I would be confident enough to buy this again. I like the concept, but maybe another product is better suited to get the job done.

Title: Excellent dock and superb customer service
Review: I got this because I wanted a better way to charge the handles than to constantly replace batteries. This serves that need perfectly. I even got a message from the seller to explain what to look for for the magnetic USB charging port for the headset and how to install the batteries correctly. I didn't need the explanation but I guess some folks can't read instructions clearly or properly inspect the packaging enough for the seller to do that
