Note:

1. Check whether the product list is complete. The USB-C magnetic suction head should be placed in a small white packaging bag and should not be discarded as garbage. Without USB-C, the headset cannot be charged normally.

2. Please use the adapter and USB C Cable provided with the product, otherwise it cannot be fully charged.

3. When replacing the battery and battery cover, make sure that "+" and "-" are in the correct position. When the positive and negative poles of the battery are reversed, the host icon will flash quickly.

4. The metal sheet on the hand cover needs to be aligned with the rechargeable battery. If it is not aligned, the handle cannot be charged

5. If the left handle cannot be charged, please check whether the pin under the battery cover is in good condition.

Remarks:

1. This product is only used for charging VR head-mounted displays and left and right hand controllers.

2. If the red light of the left and right handle icons flashes rapidly, the charging of the handle is not normal, please check whether the battery of the handle is installed and placed correctly, or whether the battery type is correct.

3. When the red light of the host icon flashes rapidly, it indicates a fault alarm status. It is necessary to relocate the VR host or unplug the power supply. When the red charging light is always on, it can be used normally.

Title: Outstanding Customer Service!!
Review: I received an email the same day of receiving the product indicating instruction and troubleshooting suggestions if problems occur. Unfortunately, we found the left controller would not charge and found the pins on the unit damaged. We reported the problem to the seller and they instantly sent a new replacement without hassle. The new one is working as advertised! Super easy setup and keeps everything well organized! Wish all customer service was this easy to work with! Highly recommended!

Title: Doesn’t work, supplier knows it doesn’t work yet is still selling
Review: Followed directions to set up but it wouldn’t charge oculus or controllers. Just a red light blinking. Controller lights do not light up. Decided to check Amazon listing for more clarity and I got an email from the seller saying “ Recently i've got a message from customer told that the package was broken and I guess it might be damaged during the transporting so i'm thinking to make the packages better so to avoid the problem and also I am writing to check with every customer. No worries i will replace the Charging Station if it's broken.” this shows me they knew they item was broken when they shipped it because I never reached out. Very frustrating.

Title: Works perfectly for me.
Review: Works great. But if I had one thing to say does not fit with having grips. Which I kind of expected. The controllers fit in a little floppy and can easily fall out so I recommend making sure the dock is on a table in case the handles get nudged off. Don’t want to break your controller over a accidental fall. Also if using a different head strap then you might have to click off the one side each time my head strap doesn’t fit this dock but I make do. Basically, everything fits as the quest 2 comes without room for upgraded accessories.

Title: Needs to be larger
Review: The shipping was awesome. The product needs to be larger, only the original head strap set-up will fit, and you have to push on the controllers to get them to seat properly and charge. This will not work with the solid straps or if you have the additional headphone attachment. Having an area to charge the external battery would be a good upgrade as well. I think most people switch out the original head strap for more comfortable options, and this unit does not accommodate that.

Title: My Honest Opinion
Review: I liked how the charging station, for the headset and the controllers, is small so that it doesn’t get in the way of things. It makes it tidy looking. The rechargeable batteries are great! I love not having to waste extra money on more and more batteries since the controllers eat them up quickly. I feel like the rechargeable batteries last longer too! Another great thing about it is the LED panel that has icons of the headset and controllers. It’s nice and simple and makes it clear when my devices are fully charged or not. I was skeptical when I bought it, to be honest. I didn’t think it would work the way it said but I was gladly proven wrong. I love it, it was worth the money.Ease of assembly: Really easy!Charging: Charges nicely!Value of money: Worth it!Quality: Way better than I thought it would be!

Title: Not kid friendly
Review: My son enjoys leaving his Oculus in random places around the house so I was thrilled to see this product. All the pieces in the same organized spot while charging!?! Count me in!This product was neatly packages and arrived timely so yay things are going well! It arrived while my son was at school so I was able to take my time and figure it out. I get it set up with ease so heck yea this is gonna be great! I put the head set on and it doesn't connect... hmm what's up with that? A little shimmy shake does the trick and then the hands end up being the same way. Well ok not ideal but still happy enough just need to be very aware of placement, not a deal breaker.Now the boy returns home and enjoys some time on his Oculus and is too impatient to wait for it to recharge so he removes the magnetic charging adapter so he can plug into the wall and you'll never believe it but the tiny little magnet (only supplied with one) has simply vanished, never to be found again. Less than 8 hours and it has already become %50 unusable..I impatiently await the replacement that I have ordered and wouldn't you know they don't work. Further research shows a different replacement style so now I order that and wouldn't you know that doesn't work either. So now I have exhausted my options without a valid solution. Very much not impressed.Moral of the story, product is a fabulous idea, easy to set up and a bit sensitive to connect but worthless if you lose the single magnet they supply.Would absolutely recommend for adults but not for teens.
