Title: One of the Best Deals
Review: This pc can handle any game, and definitely delivers great performance. It can handle any resolution, 1440p, 4K, there is no problem at all and still gives extremely high fps.Amazing price for such high end parts. The r7 7800x3d beats all other cpu's if you look at benchmark charts, and the 4070ti super is an amazing graphics card.It works right out of the box, just plug it in. It looks great and the rgb works. Built with care. I have it under my desk and it's impossible to hear. Even if you get close it is silent. The case is quite big, has great airflow, and has lots of space inside for decoration you may want to put in.

Title: Great but time will tell.
Review: Like many others, I purchased the unit during Prime Day. Several people have asked about it, and I believe it was a flash deal that sold out in less than an hour. With the Prime Day discount, the additional Prime Visa bonus, and cashback, it was an absolute steal. You would have spent more money buying the parts individually to build the unit yourself. In terms of specs, it's an absolute beast and should be future-proof for the next few years for most people.I've had the computer for a week, and although I'm not a hardcore gamer who plays for hours, everything I've tried runs flawlessly at 1440p. However, there are a few things that bother me about the unit. First, the directions are absolutely horrendous. There are several buttons on the top of the unit that change settings like the RGB lighting, but there are no instructions explaining what these buttons do. They just send you a generic manual.Secondly, if you're coming from brands like HP or Dell, be aware that Cyberpower doesn't have support software like HP Support Assistant or Dell's Alienware Command Center. For updates, you either have to rely on Windows, which does a sufficient job, or visit the manufacturers' websites to download the updates or drivers individually.Another thing to note is that, by default, the PC is set to fast start-up, so it doesn't completely shut down. In my case, this meant all the RGB lighting, including the keyboard and mouse, remained on. When I turn off my PC, I want everything off, but each to their own. Speaking of the keyboard and mouse, the ones included are actually decent, particularly the keyboard. However, I would recommend getting a better mouse, especially if you're an MMO gamer.I haven't had the "pleasure" of dealing with Cyberpower's support system (knock on wood), but don't expect it to be any better than Dell, HP, or other big names. There are plenty of horror stories online. Because of the savings, I ended up buying the extra warranty. I'm not advocating for it, but it's something to consider, especially if you plan on keeping the PC for a while and your neophyte when it comes to understanding PC's.I am tentatively giving it a 5/5, but longevity is paramount for anything you purchase now, whether it's a car or a PC. It feels like we pay for bells and whistles at the cost of durability. I'll update my review every month for the next 6 months to see whether it's an actual beast or if it turns into a paper tiger.Update:*10/01/2024* I've played a few AAA games and I'm currently playing Ghost of Tsushima and Overwatch. I've been doing some light work as well, and so far, no issues.

Title: Cheap hardware selection, unstable out the box.
Review: Very excited to receive the product, and waited a long time for fulfillment, but the lack of information available on the hardware used for this product should have been the first red flag. The motherboard selected is bottom of the barrel from ASUS, the ram from a manufacturer I had never heard of, and the SSD similarly a budget-friendly WD Blue SN580. I had higher expectations for the 4070 GPU, and was disappointed the moment I saw "MSI" blasted across as the manufacturer. Regardless, for the price paid ($1699 + tax), this was right about the ball park of the cost of these components, and was saved the effort of putting it all together (or so I thought).Well, that effort would have been worthwhile as now I had to deal with setting up a new PC, transferring my information over, only to find out it is not stable hardware. I was met with crashes from multiple games from different platforms, my video editing software crashed and my project was lost, and there were random, and intermittent Windows bluescreen errors from mundane things such as opening a web browser to crashes between Windows restarts (as it restarted from a crash). Updating drivers, re-installing windows, and using optimized bios settings did not resolve anything. Troubleshooting the hardware would be tedious and time-consuming, and dealing with support would most likely be cumbersome as they'd have you repeat the same steps to their satisfaction; ultimately I resorted to returning it. I'm assuming it's likely the RAM and/ or motherboard issue, and their inherent compatibility (or quality), however, this was the catalyst I needed to hand-pick my parts, and start building my own machine, from 100% new products (knowing the care and effort the installation of every component will have) as there is nothing worse than the uncertainty from the level of competency that was exercised by the builders of these machines. I am not questioning their competency, however, I do not have proof of it either.

Title: Great machine, assembly quality varies
Review: The components in this machine can't be beaten at this price point! My wife and I game together and had been saving to replace our venerable HP Omens running Nvidia 1070 cards. We ordered two of these. Both had the right specs and run well.I gave 4 stars because one was carefully assembled by someone who cared. The power cables for the video card were artfully arched around it. A spare SATA 15 pin power cable unobtrusively peeked from the PSU housing as if to say, "I game too, friend. Here's easy access for your add on game SSD." It was thoughtfully done the way I would do it.The other was slapped together with much less care. The back panel had to be removed to find the spare SATA power connector. The power cables for the NVIDIA RTX 4070 TI Super were pulled from directly below it. Those cards throw some serious heat, I hope the cables don't have any issues. They probably won't, right?Anyway, the machines are absolute beauties and if you need a gaming desktop, get this. I just hope your assembly guy is the one who really cares about his work.

Review: Apparently there is a somewhat common compatibility issue with the SSD on this computer and Windows which causes ceaseless blue screens of death for users. I spent hours trying to fix the issue and on the phone with CyberPowerPC before they confirmed that it is a known issue. They suggested I could replace the SSD myself with a different brand at my own cost... on a brand new computer... or return it. I opted for the latter.

Review: Purchased this in July 2024 and have been overall happy. It came packed with foam which prevented the parts from moving aside from a cheap looking stick of ram that fell off. The performance has been good for the cost I got it for which at the time was cheaper than building it myself. The downsides are it doesn't have extra drive mounting hardware and 3 months after purchasing, a constant annoying buzzing sound started coming from the PC. I contacted support who was nice and quick to reply but not very helpful with the issue. I suspect it's the AIO which they said they can replace if it breaks within a year of purchase which sounds fair to me. Wish some parts were better quality but I understand prebuilt PCs have to cut corners somewhere to make a profit.
