The doorbell camera works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If you have dual frequencies, like 2.4GHz and 5GHz, set them apart with unique names and link the camera to 2.4GHz.

Do I need to buy a memory card for this doorbell that takes pictures?

This doorbell camera doesn't need an SD card. It has cloud storage.

Review: I use it as my front door doorbell. The battery seems to last quite a while like maybe 2 weeks but now the settings on it changed when it updated and it's taking videos every 60 seconds and it lasts for 20 seconds so I'm getting what seems like thousands of 20 second videos every day now my battery is starting to run down quite fast I'm trying to figure out what happened cuz I didn't change anything in the settings otherwise the camera is really cool it's really clear you can zoom in it is really nice for the price certainly can't beat it.

Review: I had to purchase extra video doorbells so that I can be charging one and swap it out from time to time. Because the battery lasts on average about a week, or 10 days if you have motion detection and alerts enabled.The actual function and features are pretty good. The video quality is pretty good. Overall, I'm satisfied based upon the price point. And with my method of swapping between two different video doorbells, when battery gets low, it works.
