Title: Great product for the price
Review: Ordered this for my daughter 21st birthday. PC arrived and didn't work. Had a professional come out to hook it up and he said post was defective. So got refunded and re-ordered PC. Her new PC works beautifully. If you order this product, make sure you get the product protection plan with it. Just in case it messes up out of the Amazon refund window of 30 days!

Title: Stopped working after return window and broken ram slots
Review: A friend of mine got this same exact pc so i decided to get it as I needed a computer for school and it worked fine for a month or two then randomly started crashing. Because of this I was unable to do schooling on it (thankfully I have an old laptop). Days after I was unable to return it, it started a never ending boot loop. Also it’s kinda loud but I saw a video of someone else with the same pic and it was quieter. Also 2 of the ram slots are completely dead. I tried months to get it working again, with people that know more about pc’s than I do. I have spent more time researching to fix the pic than time I actually spent using the pc. I really wish I could get a refund after all this time I spent trying to fix this corpse of a computer. I wasted all that money and now I can’t get a refund and have a completely dead pc and being a college student, that money was pretty much most of what I had. Beyond disappointed. Please do not buy this. I thought the bad reviews were in the minority but if you are reading this. This is a sign to not get it.

Title: Reveiw coming from a daily streamer
Review: Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

Title: Works well for a 10 year old on fortnight
Review: Case is sharp looking. Wifi/bluetooth couldn't get to work. Had to buy an external usb adaptor for it for approximately $30. CPU is quite dated and I upgraded to a 4790s for about $30. If spent the time to build this myself I could have probably done it for about $100 less or used the extra money for a current motherboard socket. That said it looks cool, decent build quality, kid loves it and I didn't need to spend 2 hours putting it all together. If you're looking for a real gaming system then this probably isn't what you want, but if this is for a kid and they're playing esport games then you'll be just fine. With the $30 CPU upgrade able to hit 120fps on fortnight at 1080p. Can't go wrong there.

Title: (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) PC CAME WITH TWO FAULTY RAM SLOTS ON MOTHERBOARD
Review: I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam.Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommendEDIT:after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slotEDIT 2:Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared.The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.

Title: 99% Great1%bad
Review: Computer came nicely packed, double boxed. I carefully unpacked it and read all the direction, and watched the video before setting it up. I have been running Subnautica on it for a few days with no issues. I am having an issue with the Sound bar, it can run off battery power, for a day, I charged it using the cord and when I tried to remove the cord it snapped.I contacted Amazon and they said my only option is to return the whole computer. I already spent a day setting it up and loading my games on it. So I guess I will have to try to buy a replacement cord. Fair warning, connecting cords may be made of softer metal than you are used to. I would also note that while the pretty lights on everything, including a mouse pad are fun, for about 5 minutes, I would have liked to save a few dollars and gone without. I keep the pc in my bedroom and still can't figure out how to turn all the lights off so I can sleep. Of the extras I probably would not have purchased if they did not come with the computer, headphones-love them, sound bar-extra piece of equipment and the cord broke-so no, light up mousepad-definately not-uses extra usb slot and there are not that many on the machine.
