Yes, we can port your phone number. To do so, we will need the phone number you want to port, account number, transfer PIN number, and billing address on your existing carrier's account. Once you have this information, activate online or by phone.

Do I have to get a new SIM card after my plan expires?

No, you can renew your plan online or by phone call with the same SIM card rather than getting a new one.

Can I set up auto renewal?

Yes, you can enable or disable auto renewal at anytime for no additional charges. Auto renewal will allow the plan that you are currently on to renew before the existing one expires so there is no lapse in service.

How do I know if I will have sufficient coverage with Jethro Mobile?

Review: I installed this sim in my 5G phone one week ago and it is working perfectly. Before I installed this inexpensive sim , I was paying roaming of $12 a day to my carrier back in Canada.You need a 4g or 5g phone for this sim to work properly. Check compatibility by going to their website and putting in your IMEI. Jethro customer service is a great help.

Review: I bought this for my girlfriend who was coming over during summer. Activating the SIM card via her browser was quick- although it took a couple hours to register and allow her to send messages through data. The data was fast enough to find places through google maps and watch videos. However, we couldn't video call. Im unsure if that was the SIM card's fault or because we were in the middle of nowhere.
