Review: I wanted to tone up some flabby arms and thighs (most of us do) but they were a tad small for my likingThese are great for people like me, older and cannot do weight liftingThey were easy to use and were very durable.When I tried to use them on thighs, they were a little uncomfortable and rolled upI would recommend these but would rather have longer bandsThe price was right and there are strength levels for everyone

Title: Reasonably priced and good quality for the price
Review: I am using the bands for foot exercises given by my physical therapist for plantar fasciitis. The X-Light is X-Light, and seems too light to challenge my stretch. but might work better for a serious injury. The Light band works for my needs as my foot is weak. The Medium, Heavy and Extra-Heavy bands seem to progress in stretch difficulty as they should. So far the bands have not rolled up as others have described. A bag is provided to keep the bands in but I find it too small and am putting in a different larger pouch.
