Review: My anti-inflammatory dietMy doctor recommended an anti-inflammatory diet, but didn't give me any information about it. Good thing I came across this book by Mariah M. It has a great guide on what you can and can't do, as well as a meal plan. Everything is already prepared for you! The recipes are delicious, all the ones I tried worked out. I was thrilled with - Baked lemon herb salmon, Simple vegetable curry, Mediterranean scrambled eggs withtomatoes, Tuna nicoise lettuce wrapsâ¦. I don't eat meat, I only eat sea food and in this book I found many recipes that suit me and even more) Also I noticed that if you follow the meal plan of this book, you can lose a little extra weight, because it has healthy and low calorie recipes. Hereâs to good health for all!

Review: This book is amazingly bad. I was suspicious when there was no introduction to the author and her "credentials." On the back cover, there is a misspelling: "Pourtly Recipes" instead of "Poultry Recipes." On the front cover it says there are "1800 Days Recipes" but there are only 151 pages in the whole book. There are two recipes per page (with no photos). That would be a max of 302 recipes - far from the 1800 touted on the front cover. Berry Bliss, Blueberry Avocado and Tropical Green Smoothies are repeated twice.The 42-day meal plan has only Lemon Herb Brown Rice for the lunch on day 1. Day 3 has only roasted potatoes for lunch. Week 2, Day 6 has Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patties (ONLY) for dinner.The Index is unusable because it is horribly incomplete. I went to look for a shrimp dish but could not find any because the index is ordered by name of dish (think: Chili-Lime Shrimp Stir Fry would be indexed by the word "Chili-Lime" with no cross reference to the main ingredient).I believe this is a poor attempt at a high school project and I am sad that I was taken for the $15.98 I paid.
