Title: A really decent processor
Review: I was hoping to get a processor with an Intel i7 processor, but with my budget in play, had to settle for the i5 processor on this laptop. After the fact, I cannot say 'I settled', because the processor in this laptop is much faster than I had anticipated. I mean the boot time is asymptotically i7 fantastic. At the timing of my purchase, I did not note the 'lie flat' feature of this laptop, a feature which given I primarily use the laptop with an external screen has come in really handy. Really nice feature. Highly recommend.

Title: Good laptop for the price
Review: Got this awhile back. Will try to hit everything.Build quality is good. Even though it is totally made of plastic, it doesn't feel or look cheap. It does pick up fingerprints quite easily though. The blue color is gorgeous!Keyboard works well. Not a lot of travel to the keys, and it's not backlit, but it works well. Trackpad is plastic and can be temperamental if you have any kind of liquid on your fingers. Lots of useful shortcuts on the keyboard.Processor, which is the i5-1235u was actually nice. For the price, this machine is dang snappy! Running basic programs is a breeze and some lightweight gaming via Eternium and Legends of Runeterra was smooth and enjoyable.Built in webcam is nothing special but also not horrible.Battery life seems average though I must admit this mostly stays attached to the cord in my bedroom. Battery health is still at 98% after almost a year of ownership with it almost constantly plugged in.SSD is quick and it boots up fast. Was gonna expand the storage and RAM but one of the screws on the bottom casing just does not want to unscrew and might be tightened too much or I ended up stripping it. Not sure which it was.It's not super lightweight but it's not a behemoth. For the $400 I paid for it, can't really complain.Oh, but there is one complaint. The screen. Yes it's big and Full HD but unless you have it angled JUST right it can look rather washed out with poor contrast. At that perfect angle it does indeed look great though

Title: I feel like I made the right choice
Review: I’m really happy with the choice. I already own two other laptops, but I needed a Windows device for a specific program I’m using at university, and this has been perfect. The 14” screen size is just right for something you’ll carry everywhere – big enough to work comfortably but compact enough to fit easily in a backpack. Plus, it’s light, which makes it convenient to carry around.For those wondering, it uses an NVMe SSD, but there’s no extra port for adding another SSD, so keep that in mind if you need additional storage later. I’ve added a picture with a water bottle next to the laptop so you can get a sense of the size. All in all, this laptop has been great, and I’m very satisfied with it!

Title: These reviews aren't for the same laptop..
Review: I got the 14" i5. It says backlit keyboard but i cant get the thing to turn on, theres no dedicated button and no f7 combo works. But clearly the description says it does. A backlit keyboard was a major selling point for me.. Also, these reviews fool you. Most of them are for a totally different laptop than the 14" i5. Why would i assume amazon would display reviews for some other product under the description of what im looking at ordering? Well they do. Under the vivobook 14 should be ONLY REVIEWS FOR THE VIVOBOOK 14. Anything else is a different laptop and deceptive. The screen on this thing is not good.

Title: Good Laptop, Not Good Speakers
Review: Starting with my negative because the rest is all great. The speakers. When the laptop first arrived I had read all this stuff about the great speakers and they did sound great. Until I had the laptop for a couple months. Now I can hardly stand the rattly sound that comes out when I play videos. Thankfully I use headphones most of the time, but sometimes you want to watch a quick video without hooking up headphones. I didn't blare any music or drop my laptop or anything either so it's incredibly frustrating that it seemingly just broke out of nowhere.The actual functionality of this laptop is great. Compared to my old one that ran like a snail this works incredibly fast. The number pad being on the mouse pad is really neat. I use it occasionally. It took me a while to stop accidentally pulling up the calculator because that's right where my palm would hit on the mouse pad when I was just typing.I use this laptop everyday. I'm a social media manager and can get everything done I need to with this laptop!

Review: Después de usarla una cuantas semana me doy cuenta que, la laptop suenan bastantes sus ventiladores sin usar programas pesados, solo viendo youtube, la batería no rinde ni las 2 hrs de uso moderado y el peor y más grande fallo es que al intentar encenderla en ocasiones la pantalla se queda negra no permitiendo interactuar, tengo que esperar un buen rato a que se descongele. Cuando lo recibí, un pésimo empaque, sin espuma ni nada, venia jugando en la caja. Al querer hacer el rembolso me dan una cantidad inferior a la que pague por el articulo. Decepción total.
