The Hunt for Night
Immortality. The chance to live forever.
Elaine and Iona have graduated from the School of Sorcery and Spellcraft and are out to try and find her old immortal mentor, Night. Travel isn't easy. Different cultures have different ideas of travelers. Plagues and Pekari stalk the Eventide Eclipse. And Night has never been the easiest to find, even when they knew where he was.
If he's even still alive. 23,456 years is a long time, even for an Immortal as focused on surviving as Night is.
Their travels take them to Exterreri, where the ruling vampires have clouded the skies, blotting out the sun to protect against their greatest weakness.
Elaine and Iona will have to search for Night Under the Ashen Skies.

Title: Excellent series, I highly recommend.
Review: The story has a chill but engaging narrative, this particular book kept me reading late and in all my spare time. Can't get a higher recommendation from me.

Title: Enjoyable
Review: Honestly, if youâve enjoyed the previous nine books, you should definitely enjoy this one. We get some new great classes, some progress on a future, home, and some great battles. I will have to say the only part of the story that really isnât a strong point is the romance, I canât tell you why, itâs just not a strong point. Personal opinion, I suppose. Yet nonetheless, a good read overall.

Title: excellent story
Review: Hands down one of the best reads Iâve had from kindle unlimited. If you are into serialized novels this is one of the best Iâve ever read with one of the most interesting characters.

Title: Slice-of-life intermezzo for the most part
Review: Elaine and Iona have graduated. Now they travel to Exterreri in Elaine's search for Night, her mentor of old and potential survivor from ancient Remus. And with this volume we return back to the older volumes of this series, a slice-of-life travel journal and settling back into a life as a protector of civilization. It is a style of story telling I like, even if none of the minor arcs and events in this volume were of particular interest either in regards to world building or character development (for the most part). The return home felt a tad too optimistic/grandiose for my taste, but we might get to see more conflicts or at least friction. Exterreri is not Romus and Night and Elaine are not the same people anymore. Still, it was an entertaining read and likely a setup for a bigger story although which of the potential titbits at the end will come into play is up for grabs.

Title: I couldn't stop binge reading the series after I started it
Review: The story flow was fantastic. The dialogue was perfect and amazing. The whole idea of the system both exactly quantifies the power and ability of the characters, while simultaneously presenting an air of mystery. The moment one of the characters facial expressions was described as looking like they had consumed a box of surprise lemons.. I fell in love with the narration and the disposition of the main character. Modern ethics and ideologies surrounding all things medical, and other such themes, and applying it to this fantasy world has been all of the mango flavored icing I could have asked for. So many obvious real world on the job career insights are riddled through the book, applied directly to a fantastically build fantasy world, and will leave any hungry book Wyrm desiring more.If you read this, you will laugh, you will cry, and you will end up on the edge of your seat. And most assuredly you won't be disappointed.

Title: BTDEM continues to enthrall 10 books in
Review: Normally, most of the series Iâve read that goes beyond 5 or 6 books starts to lose my interest, but BTDEM is one of a short list of series that continues to capture my imagination. Itâs to the point that when I get bored of other books, or canât find one to sate my appetite, Iâll reread books.Even more pointedly, I usually wait for books to come out on KU or for certain books to be released by chapter on RR, but BTDEM is one of the series that I initially started reading on KU, ran into non KU titles, and ended up buying them because I desperately wanted to read them. Thereâs no other series Iâve done this for since first discovering KU years ago, and if for whatever reason youâre reading this review and havenât gotten into litrpg or started this series yet, I STRONGLY encourage you to give this one a shot. This book is a bit slower and less exciting than previous books in the series, but it also represents a major shift as 2 worlds collide for the MC, resolves some standing plot points from earlier in the series, and seems to be setting the foundation for hopefully many more books in the series! All in all, worth the purchase (or KU sub if itâs released on KU when youâre reading this), and I canât wait for the next book!

Title: absolutely fire
Review: I have nothing but positives to say about this book. I first read the rest of the series earlier this year and was enthralled by the magic and wonder. This book continues an already sterling tradition of wonderful storytelling and beautiful characters.

Title: It's really good
Review: It's unusual for a series to be. As long as this one and not go down in quality this serious bucks that trend it's good from start to finish. If anything it gets better as it goes. The author continuously has new and interesting plot and ideas. I can't recommend this book series enough. If you don't like the first one, you won't like the whole series with the sheer consistency. That's a great draw. If you love lit RPG you will like this. Apologize for any spelling errors and writing this review with voice to text to help boost the author. I hope this helps
