Review: So the previous complaints with packaging were corrected with mine, no damage from screws. They put a piece of foam inside to protect the wooden bar. Comes with 3m sticky pads in case you dont wanna put holes in your wall/backsplash. Looks great! Works great! I need to get more knives now and i'll probably look to the same brand for a set.

Title: Excellent product - poor shipping quality control
Review: We purchased two of these wood-clad magnetic knife holders for our kitchen remodel. Both items arrived damaged by the mounting screws that were attached to the face of the holders. I returned the products with a recommendation to soft-pack the screws and not place them on the wood surfaces. The replacement shipment just arrived with the same results; screws attached to the wood faces and damage to the wood surfaces. Someone once said insanity was doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.We will not return this item; however, anyone ordering this product should expect the possibility of receiving a very nice but damaged magnetic wood knife holder.

Review: I had it installed for two weeks 1) The knives initially held great, and it looked gorgeous matching my cabinets after one week the magnets started to lose their strength, and the knives started to slide off. 2) The two adhesive backing started to fall off at 14 days. I would come home to find it hanging off of my wall. I only had five knives on it and a pair of scissors. Nothing crazy heavy.
