Title: Perfect for a small to medium size lawn
Review: I have a fairly small front lawn and lower end of medium sized back lawn. This works perfectly for me. I purchased in early Spring last year and am now starting my second season of mowing. The batteries get a full recharge after only a couple of hours, and how long they last depends on how tall your grass is. There has only been twice that I had to stop for a recharge, once was when my grass was fairly tall during a 'first mow of the season', the other was wanting to test the batteries and was using them on a second mow a week after the first- to which they nearly lasted the whole time. The mower is very easy to assemble, light to maneuver and leaves a very nice cut on the lawn. My lawn isn't perfectly level, and after having a gas-powered mower with a self-propelling feature, I had to get used to the mower not just moving naturally over the uneven ground, but the mower is so light it was just that, something to get used to. It actually takes me less time now to mow my lawns, and is easier with the light weight of the mower. I charge the batteries in-between each mow to ensure I have enough battery and have never had an issue. I highly recommend this mower.

Title: Works Far Better than I Expected
Review: Wow! I was quite surprised by how well this lawn mower cut my yard. It is awesome. I hope it lasts a while. It was extremely easy to assemble - 5 minutes to take out the box and put to use. This lawn mower is so light that it felt like I was vacuuming my carpet. It maneuvered and cut very well on corners, edges, and on inclines. It is so light that I could cut using one hand, including mowing backwards up a hill and turning- again, with just one hand. This Greenworks surprisingly had more power than my previous Toro lawn mower that I used for the past 16 years. It tore through areas of weedy grass that was higher than 6 inches much easier than my Toro would have. It easily completely mulched those high areas with just one pass, whereas, I would have had to do 2 -3 passes in the past. Riding over debris on the ground that would clank around under my Toro did not have such an effect at all on the Greenworks. It is also far quieter than my gas lawn mower. I made sure to get a $50 100 ft. 12/3 extension cord, so the cord did not get hot at all while in use. I think a 14 gauge cord is really the lowest acceptable rating that should be used that can handle the amps at 100 ft. A few years ago, I bought a reel mower, but I wish I had bought this one instead. The reel mower requires some work to get the blades sharpened correctly. Unlike some other electric mowers, I love the fact that the casing on this is solid metal. I can't say enough good things about this.

Title: I love the mower, but I wish a grass catcher was available for it
Review: This is a perfect mower for small to medium city lots. If you have an expansive suburban backyard, where you have to mow a long distance away from an electrical outlet, this is not a mower for you - but you probably already knew this. For smaller lots, this is a great mower. We've had it for a few years, and it works great on long-grass (the first mowing after the winter when you suddenly realize the grass is knee high), as well as well maintained grass. It has a relatively sturdy metal housing, it is easy to manouver, and it is really easy to adjust the height (I think it has 5 different options). As in all corded lawn mowers, you have to get used to pushing the mower while keeping the cord away from the mower. Is it a pain? Not too much. I'll take that any day over gas or battery operated ones. Why this vs gas? It pollutes less, and I don't like having to fill up a tank, and smell fumes while I do yard work - but it is a matter of taste. Why this vs battery operated? It is lighter it can keep going for as long as you need it, and it is available whenever you need it. With the battery operated ones, you have to make sure that the battery is charged, and as soon as the battery loses some of its charge, the mower becomes less and less useful. What would have made this mower perfect for me would have been the possibility to attach a grass catcher. Although it is great to have the mulching option, it is also great to have the option of catching the grass when you first mow (and the amount of cut grass on the lawn is way too much) or when there is already enough mulch on the ground. I didn't thing this through when we got the mower, and I now have to dethatch our lawn, which is a bit of a pain. It does have a side chute - it would be awesome if the manufacturer made a bag that attached to the chute.

Title: Powerful and easy to use!
Review: Bought this to finally replace my gas powered lawn mower. Previously I had a few different gas mowers fail on me, so I figured I should try something new. So far, this thing has been working great for us.The battery life seems to be pretty decent. However, I have noticed I can only mow one lawn at a time, ie front or back. Then I have to go and charge the batteries again before mowing again. This isn't a deal breaker for us because mowing both front and back is typically a lot to do at once. This mower also didn't come with a bag, which I didn't notice in the description at first. However, this hasn't been a problem at all. Surprisingly, the mulching of the grass has been working fine and we barely notice it due to the fineness of the cut grass.Overall this mower has been a great value and I am glad I bought it. I may update this review in the future to add details about the battery life if it starts to go down in quality over time.

Title: Mows great, but batteries don't last long enough to get the full yard mowed
Review: This mower works great, is lightweight and easy to use. However, it is made to use in a very small yard. I usually have to charge it at least two times after I start to mow with it fully charged just to mow my typical suburban front yard. The charge time is usually about an hour or so, so mowing the front yard is an all day ordeal on a weekend day by the time it charges a couple of times and I have finished mowing. I definitely recommend buying an extra set of batteries to rotate unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

Review: I received this lawn mower yesterday and charged the batteries for long enough to give it a try, and it performed very well. It is quite light, and is easy to push around or lift. It also cuts very well, although I haven't yet tried it in deep grass.I only had two issues with this purchase. One with the shipper and one with foldability of the handles. The first shipper marked it as undeliverable and cancelled my order. So I reordered it (3 days after the first time I ordered it) and found that the price had increased by $20. The second time, the shipper noted three days in a row that it could not be delivered and finally delivered it on the fourth day. This is not the type of service that I have usually received from Amazon. The second issue is more of an observation. The handle is not readily foldable. It must be taken apart in order to store the lawn mower upright. This is fine for say, end of season storing, but is inconvenient if someone wants to store the lawn mower upright every time they use it.

Review: I have about a 1/4 acre lot and the batteries last about 20 to 25 minutes at most. I've cut my lawn 3 times with it so far and it's required a recharge about half way through. Apart from that everything else works as described.
