Title: Delicious
Review: I fell in love with this tea, and so did my husband. Usually my husband takes melatonin pills to help him sleep at night but lately after having a two tea bags of tea before going to sleep, has helped him relax a bit more and sleep without the need of taking melatonin. This tea is also very flavorful and doesn't have a bitter after taste. I will definitely purchase this tea again

Title: Freaking finally!!
Review: I’ve tried so many teas to help me relax and sleep well in the evenings. This tea is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I drink it about 30 mins before bed and I sleep so well. I suffer from severe anxiety (clinically diagnosed and have been off and on medicine), and it makes it very hard for me to sleep. I’ve tried numerous things and haven’t quite found what works best. I decided to try this and I would buy their entire stock if I could afford it. It’s simple ingredients that are effective! I sleep all through the night and I wake up feeling great. I am not joking when I say try it. I throw a little honey in it to sweeten it up a bit, and it’s perfect. Do yourself a favor!

Title: A Good Way to Wind Down the Evening
Review: This stress relief tea had a nice, light taste and as advertised, did calm my overthinking brain. I incorporated it into my night-time routine as a way to plan out my next day without getting too stressed out, and it really did help lessen my anxiety regarding the things that still needed to be done. *Tip: recommend shorter steep time if you want a less strong aftertaste.PROS:1. I like the resealable packaging - keeps tea bags fresh.2. Easy to make and easy to drink. Light and neutral taste coupled with the act of drinking a hot cup of tea is very relaxing.CONS:1. If you steep for too long, you can get a bitter aftertaste (it took me a couple of times to figure out my preferred steep time, which was 5:45 (vs. 7 min).2. No string to take out bag - either use your hands or a spoon.

Review: This was intended as a Mother's Day gift. Designer tea for a connoisseur that takes her tea seriously. According to her, the chamomile had a rich flavor & actual 'stress relief' properties, just like the package says. And the L-Theanine, it had a noticeable calming effect; she could drink it before bed & sleep eight hours without interruption. Said there was enough tea for multiple cups, too; she could steep each bag more than once and it'd be good on the second go-around. Still concentrated. Flavorful.If they start adding new flavors to their repertoire – which they should seriously consider – I'll have to consider them for birthday presents and the holiday season. For now, it's a solid Mother's Day gift, all in all.

Review: Was recently searching for something that could help me wind down at night, and discovered this amazing tea! Some friends had recently recommended that I look for something with chamomile and / or L-theanine in it, so I was happy to come across something that had both in it, and that I could drink! I have used this product now for 2 nights, and have really noticed a tremendous sense of calm and relaxation, with no groggy side effects following. I am not really a tea drinker, so was hesitant on taking a chance with taste, but it has the perfect amount of sweetness and herb flavor. This product definitely helps with my sleep, and the price is extremely reasonable for what you get! Will certainly recommend this to other friends, and purchase again in the future!

Title: Best Sleep I've Had This Year!
Review: Late at night, I often find my mind racing. One of my good friends recommended L-theanine tablets to reduce stress and help calm my mind, but I didn't really enjoy taking a pill.While searching for L-theanine on Amazon, I came across this product. The price seemed reasonable, and the shipping was fast (normal for Amazon, but not normal for other tea companies I've ordered from in the past).I've had this tea four nights in a row, and have been sleeping like a baby. I like that I don't "feel" anything too different, but when I lay down my mind is more calm which leads to me falling asleep faster and staying asleep for most of the night.Plus, there's something soothing about sitting on the couch with a cup of hot tea before going to bed.Overall, I'd give this product two thumbs up and will be sending to my other family members who struggle with anxiety/restlessness!
