Title: Good quality and easy to use.
Review: This duster is an addition after purchasing the fan duster and being so pleased with its ease of use. This duster is soft enough to use on picture frames that are hard to reach. I have very high ceilings in my condo and was unable to reach the ceiling fans without a ladder. Now I can even dust the cobwebs! I highly recommend and am very pleased with my purchase(s).

Title: Spiders be beware of
Review: This product, covers a lot of area, while extended, to its full capacity or extended, which is good, if ONE, has a lot of Spiders web's, lying around the area, with a lot of residents, in the maze of 🕸 web's. In my case, a saw a lot of residents, running around the webs, with other friends, so, I ordered this product to evict the little night crawlers, from the area; it work well, and it was easy to clean after, after the event. I might feel a little sorry for the night crawlers, but I think, it will pass, after a couple of weeks, and after seeing the place, clean of 🕸, web's, and its formerly residents, around here!!!!! Regards

Review: It's convenient with the telescoping pole but the huge problem is that the fibers are so dense and HEAVY that it seems to struggle actually gathering cob webs. I think they need to make a lighter less dense head.

Review: I received my duster with a damaged duster head. I reached out to the company and received an immediate response and a replacement head was shipped out to me promptly. The product itself is very well constructed and the customer service is above and beyond that of most companies that I've had to reach out to in the past. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Title: Flimsy plastic, broke twice within six weeks
Review: I rarely if ever leave reviews, but buyer beware with this product. I purchased a 1.5-to-4 ft Cobweb Duster with Extension Pole. The product has been completely defective and broken twice within 6 weeks.First, when I received the duster, the head was packaged in such a way that the bristles were compacted. I thought maybe they would relax over time. To this date, they have not widened out to the product picture on Amazon’s site.Second, in my short time of using it, maybe 2 or 3 separate times in less than 6 weeks, the pole has already broken in two places. A plastic piece fell out of the lever clasp, and the plastic square that keeps the handle in place has slipped out. Now, the pole cannot be locked, and the handle slides. I cannot stress enough how little I used this thing before it started breaking.This product is substandard and defective. Thankfully, Amazon gave me a refund. AVOID.

Title: Excellent Customer Service
Review: I ordered the cobweb duster and extender handle through Extend-A-Reach a few months ago for our staff to be able to high dust without a need for a ladder. It worked great with no issues for that time and was very happy. Last week I picked it up to use it and somehow when extending some pieces broke and then fell off and it stopped working correctly. I reached out to Extend-A-Reach and in less than an hour I received a response back from Kate that I was not expecting. She apologized and told me that they were going to immediately send out a replacement at no charge and expedite the shipping as well, did not even ask me for proof of warranty or anything. She contacted me the next day to tell me that my replacement had shipped and Friday morning (I sent the first email Wednesday) my new pole had arrived. The level of customer service and quick turnaround blew my mind! Great job Extend-A-Reach

Title: Easy to use duster
Review: Duster has some weight to it but is well made.Other attachments by manufacturer will fit this handle. Size is ideal for homes without vaulted ceilings. Running head under warm water for cleaning works well. Overall a nice cleaning tool with good reach for homes with 8-10 ft ceilings.
