Title: Convenient to use but can fall apart if used incorrectly
Review: These are nice and they can be difficult to use for the recommended time at first, as with any new exercises. The first few times I used these, I found myself mindlessly chewing on them and not using them according to the directions and they began to fall apart. Once I realized and adjusted my behavior, the rest continued working and the different resistances that come in the pack can slowly be transitioned to without much difference in the "method" of use. While it all may be in my head or a placebo, I do feel like these help quite a bit but I cannot stress enough about how important it is to correctly use them for the best results.

Title: Easy to use when you have a few minutes of down time
Review: This item is a 9 piece jaw training kit. You get 2 silicone models of exercisers and each model has 3 levels of resistance. Also included are cases for safe storage and portability. The idea behind this kit is to develop a program to enhance your jawline by toning it through mouth exercises with resistance. The kit comes with a recommended plan, but you can compose one that works for you. I have used this exerciser while sitting in front of the TV. You can easily do 10 minutes of jaw exercises while watching some streaming. There are 3 levels of resistance to work on and they are color coded. The white being the lowest level and black being the highest. And yes, grey is in the middle. The silicone does not have any odors. I toss the exerciser I am to use in boiling water to clean it before I put it in my mouth. The product description also claims that working on these jaw exercises helps with facial blood circulation and that could provide some positive benefits too. The price point for this kit is very reasonable. Overall, I think it's an easy program to undertake with some great benefits and worth the investment to get a more toned jawline and improved facial blood circulation.

Review: These jaw exercisers definitely do work. I was looking for even the tiniest bit of definition in my jawline, as I had none to begin with. After using for 2 months, I see so much more definition in my jawline. I even notice it in pictures taken of me. The quality of the product is good and you have a carrying case.

Title: Don’t give up too easy
Review: There is definitely a learning curve with using these. I have a smaller mouth and jawline, so it felt really too large for my mouth when I first put the white jaw exerciser in. I definitely like the small exercises much better. The big exerciser was very difficult for me to use in the beginning. Even if you can’t start out doing all the reps that the chart suggest, be patient with yourself and give yourself time to adjust. eventually, it gets easier.

Review: This is the second set of "Jaw Exercisers" I've tried. This set is the winner. It has three resistance levels and multiple ways to customize the resistance. The pieces are made from food-grade silicone and come with individual cases so you can throw one or two in a travel bag or briefcase and take your jaw-defining practice on the road.

Review: I like that each level comes in it's own case, makes it easy to use and store. They are good quality and fit fine. You do have to leave you lips open because the vents on the side well create a suction effect on the sides of your cheeks. I have started using them and I can feel the muscles in my jaw getting stronger

Review: Sobre os 3 produtos com seu nível avanço são muito bom, porém, as borrachinhas já não me serviram, elas deslizam demais quando vai mastigar, esses em específico que não me agradou e não me serviu.Já o outros que tem um suporte maior, serviram e deram um resultado muito rápido, recomendo fazer 5 minutos uma vez no dia, dando sempre um descanso nesse período.
