Title: Toasty towels!
Review: I had a towel rack but the towels never got warm unless you heated them for an hour or so and got maximum contact with the rails. This bin warmer is so fast and the towels are toasty warm in less than 15 min. I totally recommend.

Title: Great Towel Warmer
Review: This towel warmer does everything it is advertised to do. It is big enough to heat two large towels, pajamas and robe all at one time. The unit is small enough to not take up a lot of space in the room. I like the automatic timer that turns off after the set time. Towels come out hot, like right out of the dryer. When turning warmer on, you have to press and hold button for a few seconds. Sometimes it is harder to turn on than other times. But overall, I like my towel warmer so much, I bought one for my daughter and her family also.

Title: Superb Customer Service
Review: First off, I am attached to my towel warmer. When I started having issues with my Zadro, I was devastated. The customer service I was provided was stellar. The company sent reboot instructions and to no avail, it didn't work. I thought well, that was that. It was not. They replaced my unit. It is arriving today. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing customer service. They made it right and I am very grateful. It seems like the art of customer service has gone by the wayside. Not this company. They stood by their product and I am happy. Thank you, Zadro!

Title: PLEASE IGNORE POSITIVE REVIEWS, DO NOT BUY!
Review: I was very excited about this product, and I was convinced by all of the positive reviews that this was a product worth spending over a hundred dollars on. However, this ended up being probably the worst product I ever purchased in my life. The button was stuck in a way that it was difficult to turn on the settings, but I got it to the lowest time level. I put one towel in, and when I got it out about 20 minutes later, the towel had been completely burned. There was a terrible smell that never went away. The plastic at the top was melting. The timer never turned itself off, but the button was so stuck and it was difficult to turn off manually. I thought it was user error and tried again, but it ended up charring a couple more of my towels. Not only did I waste money on this product, but it cost me the price of the towels, and is a fire hazard. Even worse, it just stopped turning on completely within the month. I contacted the seller, but they said all they could do was have us pay to return it. There is no way I am wasting any more time or money on this horrible product. Please my advice and the advice of others leaving the reviews, you do not want to waste this much money on what essentially amounts to a heap of burned plastic.

Title: Slightly uneven heating, but still worth the purchase
Review: I've tried all sizes of towels and only putting one or two in, and somehow the bottom NEVER heats up. Which is fine, it's just not perfect. So the rest of my towel(s) are quite warm, which is why I would still repurchase. I just don't think the bottom of the machine is heated. Otherwise, great!! I take quick showers so the minimum timing is 15 minutes but after 7-8 minutes, my towels are already hot!Update: I still use this years later and I’ve learned if you leave the towels in long enough and just plan ahead (the timer option has up to an hour available so I’ve used up to 45mins pretty regularly), my towels heat very evenly. No faults to the machine years later, revisiting to buy one for my mom because I trust the quality of this one. WORTH IT!!!

Title: Loved until it stopped working
Review: I loved this even though the buttons stopped working shortly after purchasing. It was still usable but just had too press them a little harder than normal. However after having for almost 4 years the auto shutoff stopped working without warning and it didn't shut off after the last use. We only discovered this with the smell of burning plastic and now the bottom is melted.

Just thought to share this with my fellow shoppers so you have all the info to make an informed decision 🙂 **Now for the review:Got this for my girlfriend. She loves it and talks about how great it is for her pjs and blankets. I would just caution on how long you put items in it for. For people with delicate skin, 30 minutes might be too long and too hot for your skin.

Review: I bought a towel heating unit for my clinic recently, delivered to Hobart Tasmania via Amazon and it does not work! I keep pressing the power button over and over. It did not come with an US plug converter so I ended up buying one, I believe most electric goods come with a power converter for overseas customers? . I have plugged it in correctly I've tried different power sockets. I want to know what to do please to get it to work or receive a refund thanks, RuthIn addition I cannot access customer support? I have had an email saying my question has gone unanswered? What support is there if the unit arrives and will not work?
