Title: Outstanding heel and arch pain relief!
Review: These work extremely well. Two weeks ago I was having plantar fasciitis so badly I could not put weight on my foot and there was huge swelling in my heel. Extremely painful. Huge knots in the tendon around my arch. And in general horrible foot pain. Within 2 weeks of wearing these (in combination with a new pair of timberland pro boots), and the foot is 98% recovered. The heel cushion has formed to my heel to help my ankle stay upright and the padding is a huge pain relief. The arch support has eliminated all but one small know in the arch. And I'm not in any pain at all. For a little clarity, I'm 6' 3" tall and weigh around 245 lbs , and I'm on a warehouse floor 9-11 hours a day. These are by far the best insoles I've purchased and I'm going to just set it and subscribe and save because they're really just that good. One side note, if you have not worn a true arch support or plantar fasciitis insole before, they can be paints first as your feet adjust to being in a different position. Just hang with it, a good pair of insoles can help change your entire health and energy level.

Review: These pads are very comfortable. I have been wearing them to work where I walk a lot every day. They fit perfectly in my size 10 women shoes and give me a good arch support. I have flat feet and get pain in my heel and they help with that

Title: High arch support does not fit my foot. Lesson learned.
Review: I've never tried high arch support inserts but, I'm in a lot of pain. The fit was so unnatural to the form of my foot that it was just not even possible to wear them at all. You can tell by just looking at them that they look awkward. I bought regular gel inserts and they work great.

Title: Can't use them in my walking shoes
Review: I wanted something that was substantial in terms of support for when I was walking since I have a lot of foot problems. Although these said for work boots, I wanted to use them in my sneakers. What I found was that they were squeaking with every step I took. I realized that the sides of the inserts were rubbing against the inside of my shoes. Any time I was walking indoors, either in a hallway or a business sites, everyone could hear my shoes. I tried removing the inserts and replacing them in the shoe, but nothing worked. They may be too wide in the heel for sneakers. The vendor was good about addressing my concerns.
