Title: It’s amazing
Review: Honestly don’t know if I would’ve ever looked for this but I had to spend my FSA balance and I’m soooo happy I got it. My hands hurt all the time. From using the computer and phone all day non stop and carrying my little dog. It is very effective, I appreciate that it has different levels for the strength of the massage, the level of heat and the intensity of the vibrations.It’s a little bulky but I don’t know that it could be smaller and still effective.Thumbs up.

Title: I'm pleasantly surprised!
Review: I have severe arthritis in both of my hands. Recently, my hand surgeon recommended that I replace all the joints on both of my hands as the only true solution. Of course, I see that as a last resort, and have tried injections, various arthritis creams, cold and hot presses. A couple of years ago, I purchased a hand massager in hopes of getting some help. Many of the reviews of that product indicated that it squeezed too hard, even at it's lowest setting, but I purchased anyway, out of desperation. The reviews were right. It was terribly uncomfortable and left marks on my hands that lasted for about 20 minutes. That massager just pretty much compressed the complete hand in a very hard squeeze. So, the unit, which I should have returned, just sits on a shelf.About a year ago, I purchased a Comfier Neck and Full Back Massager with heat, compression and Shiatsu for my wife, who has severe back pain from slipped discs and arthritis. She absolutely loved the unit, so I actually bought a second one for her for a second chair. I also have 2 Comfier massaging back pillows for her that she likes. Well, I happened to notice that Comfier has a few different hand massagers with heat, compression and vibration. I carefully read the reviews and took note that no one indicated that the compression was too tight, although a few said it was not tight enough. In general, the comments were positive and, since I was familiar and positive about Comfier, I decided to give their hand massager a try, especially thanks to Amazon's free returns policy. We'll, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit. First of all, it provides a firm but gentle squeeze of the hand and the individual fingers. So far, I am using the lowest level of compression, and it is comforting. The heat could get a bit hotter, but at the highest setting, it too is comforting. The unit does vibrate, but I don't quite see how the vibration does much in the way of helping, but it is not unpleasant at all. In this unit, you put your hands through what feels like a glove to keep your fingers in the right position. My hands fit a large glove, and they fit inside this massager perfectly. Not sure if extra large hands would fit, but everything else would fit. Like most Comfier products, it seems to be well made.Now, what do I think about it's ability to ease pain? Well, I would not say it is a solution. However, I have found it to be comforting when I cannot take the pain, and it has allowed me a break from the pain and enabled me to hold off taking ibuprofen. So, I would call it soothing. I see me enjoying this unit as long as it holds out! My one little nit pic is that - at the price - I was surprised that it did not come with a case or even a bag to protect it and store it. My original (and too painful to use) unit came with a very nice hard storage case.

Review: I have been looking everywhere for a solution to my cramping hands. This hand massager gives me a better massage than any human hand could give. My hands and fingers would stiffen up and become cramped at the end of the day and the creams that I use are not that effective. This massage machine has been the best therapy for my hands . I am in disbelief of how effective it has been. It’s a relaxing yet firm massage causing all discomfort I’ve been feeling in my hands to go away. If you have carpel tunnel or arthritis I think this would be a great option.

Title: For Arthritic hands & Carpel Tunnel relief
Review: It’s a bit too early to tell the long term effects. But after just the first few uses…1) it seemed to provide more circulatiob and warmth in the arthritic fingers.2) I seem to have better movement/dexterity in my fingers.3) The compression massage feels nice.4) being able to control each of the settings, is a must because everyone is different and may have different challenges.5) having the heat sitting is great as it relaxes the hand during the massage, making it more effective.Things that could be improved:1) the mode buttons are a little difficult to push due to arthritis, and this with this type of product, it should be easier, since that’s what it’s made to help relieve.2) for safety reasons, all the buttons should start at the lowest level (green). Unfortunately, the massage pressure mode is set to start at the intermediate level. People who have less feelings in their hands would not know if it’s too much pressure for their joints, tendons or nerves. It requires a user to push the setting button two times to bring it down to the lowest level (green ), on which, is the level everyone should begin. [A note to the manufacturer, please consider having all the units start on the beginning levels]. Fortunately, the vibration and the heat do infact, start on the lowest levels. Because the vibration actually works on the nerves for carpal tunnel, it’s extremely important to start on the lowest level.3) it would be nice if it had a timer feature that the user could set. Starting out at 15 minutes, which is when it turns off, is much too long for a beginner user. That being said, it’s easy for user to first start at five minutes a day and just keep track of time; then, go to 10 minutes; and finally go to 15 minutes a day, max time. Anytime someone who has arthritis or carpal tunnel or any other disability, they need to be cognizant of starting out slow, so they don’t do further damage to their joints, tendons, or nerves.In summary, I believe and hope that this compression massager will help in improving circulation, feeling, and dexterity in my fingers and joints of my hand. Though there is definitely room for improvement, based on my research, I think this model currently is probably the best on the market. The compression massage alone, is far better than others, and was worth the purchase price.I hope this review was helpful!

Review: I read the reviews before buying and saw that many people complained about the issue of the massager ceasing to work. However, the number of rave reviews seem to outweigh the negatives substantially, so I bought it. Unfortunately, the main issue of not charging is true. My device stopped charging and it has been less than 6 months since I purchased it and with very little use to boot. I hope that the seller will resolve this issue for me so that I am made whole.
