1. Illustration of Each Mode

• Normal Mode: This is the default mode. Use it to set the tower fan as you like.

• Auto Mode: With a built-in sensor, the fan speeds change by room temperature.

• Turbo Mode: Used for quick cooling and air circulation, it starts at the highest speed plus oscillating. When the room temperature decreases, the fan speed decreases accordingly. Then the fan speed changes by room temperature.

• Advanced Sleep Mode: The display and sound will automatically be off in 5 seconds.

a) Within the first hour, the fan does not oscillate. The starting fan speed is determined by your current fan speed when you select this mode.
b) After one hour, the fan oscillates and decreases speeds - to keep you from getting cold from the constant wind.
c) Then the fan speeds will change by temperature, giving you a comfortable night experience.
2. Troubleshooting

• If the fan suddenly starts to oscillate,

It is normal when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. It will automatically start oscillating after one hour of operation, which is its default setting.

• If the air output has decreased after cleaning the wind wheel,

Please make sure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft during installation, not the arc surface, otherwise the air output will be reduced!

• If the fan suddenly stops,

It could be a timer accidentally set before. Kindly Check it and try it for a second time.

• If the top control panel is not so responsive,

Check whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set screen off. When the fan is screen off, the operation panel will enter a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. Thus, to adjust the setting, you need to press twice – the first time is to wake up the panel and the second time is to adjust the settings.

Title: one of the best investments ever
Review: The north carolina heat has been killing me and it's always hot in my room so I caved and bought this fan and i'm SO happy i did. I was worried it wouldn't be cooling enough but it cools my bedroom so fast, i actually can't leave it on a high setting for long or it gets TOO cold.I love all the settings on this thing and I love that it comes with a remote - super convenient. The fan isn't horrible looking either which is a huge plus. I love the sleek white design and it's the perfect size. So it has 5 settings (I usually put it on 2 or 3, even 2 is pretty cold), you can set a timer on it, you can choose to have it rotating or have it blowing in one area, its VERY quiet compared to other fans while not sacrificing how powerful it is, and it also has a sleep mode. Idk how i could've survived without this thing. Female owned company too which isn't why I bought it, but it's a plus!TL;DR this fan is 100% worth your money if this heat is getting to you. Effectively cools down a room in seconds and the size/design is perfect.(i wasn't paid or gifted to write this, i usually don't review stuff but i had to take the time to talk about how great this thing is)

Title: A wonderful device
Review: Smooth, quiet, easy and intuitive to control with the remote. The comfort level is very high with multiple speeds and gentle airflow from the vertical impeller. Slowest speed #1 gently and silently stirs the room air, like a light breeze. A very satisfying purchase.

Title: Exactly what I expected
Review: I bought this van during the heat wave and I’m so glad I did. I use it in the bedroom to help circulate air flow and it works like a charm. It’s not too loud and the remote control means I can adjust as needed without getting out of the bed, there are multiple settings. I still haven’t figured out how to work the programming mode. It has a light display on it but it dims automatically, and there is also a sleep mode or night mode on the fan. I’ve used this brand before and I think they’re durable. I like this sleek design of the white tower fan. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Title: Definitely helps keeping us cooler
Review: I already own 2 air purifiers from this brand and needed a fan that is quiet, attractive, and trustworthy . So far I think I made the right choice. It suits my needs perfectly. I don’t like to constantly have my ac blowing (especially at night) and this fan is doing exactly what I want. Cool air without feeling like I’m in an igloo. I am able to set my ac a degree or 2 higher while using it and it helps to keep my living room (with a 20’ ceiling) at a very comfortable temperature without breaking the bank…I usually don’t need to put it higher than level 2. Easy to put together, remote control is handy, plenty of power, and although the base is a bit flimsy it does seem very stable. I think they could have made a better base but overall I am satisfied. My cat loves to lay in front of it during these hot summer days and nights too!

Title: Nice for a fan.
Review: Heat wave happened and I was unsure if I needed a portable AC so I decided to invest in a fan instead. The description says “it blows cool air” so I somehow thought there’s somehow a technology to cool the air without being an AC. Of course that’s not the case. It seems that they only stated it that way in the description because there’s a type that is a heater and blows hot air.Anyways, the temperature at where I am is not too hot that the room is steamy and dense but that fan definitely makes it feel nicer in the room. The wind at the max level is strong enough to cover the whole area and there’s very little noise, my PC fan is probably louder.I never needed to use the remote control since I like to manage the fan with the buttons on top but the design of the remote controller store location is pretty perfect fit and not an eyesore which is a plus. It’s a slide-in slot so you don’t have to worry it might get knocked out and lost or just randomly fall.It only has 6 buttons and the manual has a decent explanation on how to use them so I’m pretty happy about this fan on the easy of use.Too bad it’s not voice activated or connect with Alexa or something, otherwise this would be top notch. Definitely a great buy for the price.

Review: Puts out a lot of cool air. Quiet, rotates, easy to use. Much quieter than a conventional fan. You can turn off the button beeping sound. Has a remote. Stand is sturdy, no wobbling. Seems to be excellent build quality.

Title: Levoit Corrected Amazon’s Mistake
Review: I have several Levoit products and love their reliability so I try to stick with brands that I trust. This go around I found a Levoit used-like new tower fan on Amazon that was supposed be be in perfect condition and usually these items come as so, but not this one. It was returned by a customer who had broken the unit by appearing to have knocked it over while plugged in. It had multiple points of damage with the plug prongs bent which can cause an electrical fire or plug failure, scratches on top and back of unit and won’t attach to the base to stand up and swivel as well as missing the remote and instructions. Amazon didn’t want to make THEIR mistake right from the start saying they can’t do anything accept take the return back and told me to call Levoit to see what they can do. After starting the warranty process with Levoit and some back and forth since this wasn’t a typical warranty claim for them they ended up telling me they were shipping me a brand new unit with zero damage and all parts in tact. This was unexpected as the unit being sent how it was had nothing to do with them or the quality of their products. For Levoit to make this right shows so much about the values that the company stands on. I will continue being a long lasting customer of Levoit products. Now for the size of the unit, it stands tall which I like. This thing is also SO QUIET even on high. It did have great power even on lower settings and not noticeable and blows cool air vs some fans blowing just the air as it is. It’s not an air conditioner cool, but it is cooler than the air it takes in. There are several settings as well. Overall this unit has great value for the money and I know the new unit will last for a long time as I properly care for my items.

Review: I am very impressed by this fan, and the fact that is is wifi-enabled connecting to Alexa. I wish it were also compatible with Smartthings, maybe eventually the company will integrate the app for a direct link. I was surprised the degrees are only displayed in Fahrenheit in the app, we're in Canada and been using Celcius for decades now. I am guessing Levoit is USA based which may explain why.Works well, decibel is low and is quite impressive. Got 12 speeds to choose from, most fan from other brands have 3 or4 speeds. Super easy to setup in the VeSync app. I chose this brand since I got other products from Levoit (humidifiers and purifiers) and was very satisfied with their products. I don't regret my choice.
