Title: I like them
Review: I bought these for my plantar fasciitis. They work great for me. I'm on my feet a lot for work and have been dealing with the pain in my foot for months. These insoles definitely make a difference. They offer great heel support. They fit in my brooks and my Crocs if needed. The pain in my arch is little to none. Big plus is they're quite affordable!

Title: Relieves heel pain
Review: I started getting pain under my left cheek about two weeks ago. Not excruciating pain where I canât walk but bothersome pain. It started when I wake up in the morning. It was especially painful when I wear my sneakers or flats. I found out that it was plantar fascitis which can be treated with orthotics to âelevateâ the heel area. These are pretty good. They are small (just for the heel area) and comfortable. Iâve been using them for three days and I still have the pain when Iâm not wearing them but when I have them on, it does help relieve the pain. I am hoping that this will treat the pain and make it go away.

Title: Pleasantly surprised
Review: I usually hate shoe insoles and they are never comfortable to me. I like that they are not full insoles and doesnât squish your foot. I inserted them into a pair of Tabi flats and they made the shoe super comfortable. I live in NYC and love ballet flats but they are always so uncomfortable. These fixed the problem! The adhesion works well and the inserts do not move around in my shoe.

Review: These are so great. I have purchased themMultiple times including for my 10 year old. They take a few days to break in, but once you get used to them you do not even notice them. They are very comfortable and durable. They fit well in my 8.5 Brooks.

Review: Having spent hundreds on custom orthotics and fancy insoles for plantar faciitis, my only complaint is that I didn't discover these sooner! I've been using them for about a decade now, and when I say my PF was crippling, I mean there'd be full days I couldn't get on my feet. I've watched friends go through the same, pouring money into various insole fitting machines, only for me to really push for them to give these a try - The verdict is that THESE are the way to go.They last a very long time, and as they begin to wear down, I throw older pairs into my 'kick-around' shoes and still get great support. Working retail, I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day, and a single pair still lasts a year. I've worn these in dress shoes, runners, hiking boots, and Blundtstones. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. Don't even bother with Dr Scholl's - if the doc says you've got PF, before hitting up the podiatrist, GIVE THESE A GO!
