Review: This genius of "left-field" cartoons is absolutely my family's favorite author. His subject matter is sometimes so far-reaching, we have to discuss it to understand it, but we always end up laughing maniacally at the jokes!! Did I say genius, yet? Yeah, that sums it up. Wish he were still writing this stuff!

Review: Gary Larson pur as its best... Eine Sammlung hervorragender Strips. Wie man es erwartet. Makaber, schreiend komisch, skurril. Der Meister gibt sein Bestes. Mit wenigen Strichen skizziert er absurde Sachverhalte, menschliche Eigenarten anhand tierischer Beispiele kurz und knapp. Beim Betrachten ist man hin- und hergerissen zwischen lautem Lachen und eigenartiger Nachdenklichkeit...wobei am Ende bei mir immer das schallende Gelächter siegt. Zum Wegschmeißen, jedenfalls für alle Freunde schwarzen Humors. Nichts für Weicheier und Veganer. Für Larson-Fans: kaufen!
