Title: Best Sleep I’ve Had in Years
Review: This mattress exceeded my expectations in every way. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up—just unbox, unroll, and let it expand. The memory foam provides excellent support and contours to my body, helping me sleep comfortably through the night. It’s on the firmer side, which I prefer, but it still has a plush feel to it. I wake up feeling refreshed and without any back pain. If you’re looking for a quality mattress at a great price, this is it!

Title: Mattress is exactly as advertised
Review: I ordered this mattress about a week ago, and have slept on it for 5 nights total now. It's exactly as advertised - it arrives rolled up and about 1 - 2 inches thick. You unroll it on your bed frame and take off the plastic vacuum bag and within an hour it's the full size you paid for. In my case it rose to 12" thickness in approximately 10 minutes.There was very little odor; a slight smell from the foam which lasted maybe a day and then dissipated. It was certainly not "overwhelming and room-filling" like many of the negative reviews here have described. We were unable to smell it unless we put our faces directly to the mattress.In terms of firmness, this is certainly a medium-firm mattress. I ordered this one after doing a ton of research; I like a firmer bed and I need the back support. I imagine it will soften slightly over time, but the longer you lay on it, the more comfortable you get. It's not a cloud, and you're not going to sink into it. If that's too firm for you, you might want look elsewhere.I purchased this because for about a year I have been having moderate to severe back pain, and I wanted to see how much of it was stemming from the crappy old spring mattress I was sleeping on. Now, maybe this is a bit of the placebo effect - that remains to be seen - but after 5 days my back pain has been dramatically reduced. I no longer feel like an old man getting out of bed - I have still been sore, but not in outright pain getting out of bed. This mattress has greatly improved my sleep quality as well - far less tossing and turning and for someone who usually has a lot of trouble getting to sleep, this has been a real aid.I will update this review after I've had it for a while, and then I will try to come back after around a year. If it's still roughly the same quality at that point, I'd say it's 1000% worth the price.2 WEEK UPDATE: The mattress is still great. The firmness hasn't changed at all, and the mattress still regains its original shape within seconds of getting off of it. I am sleeping great and mostly back pain free. I will continue to update.6 WEEK UPDATE: The mattress is the exact same quality now as when we took it out of the box. It feels pretty much the same, no changes in firmness or thickness. The mattress does sleep pretty warm. We purchased a set of "cooling" sheets - this is a big improvement and I definitely recommend it. The problem is totally solved. Otherwise, zero complaints. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. I will continue to update.1 1/2 YEAR UPDATE: I have to say, this mattress is pretty much exactly as it was when we took it out of the box. No noticeable sag or change to the foam. We have rotated it 180 degrees so that our heads are on the opposite end, just to balance it out, but otherwise there has been virtually no change to the mattress. Still holds up great.2 1/2 YEAR UPDATE: Just went and measured the mattress, and it's still exactly 12" thick. Still feels as firm as when we got it. Also the covering the mattress comes in (you don't remove it) is in perfect shape, just about.No change to the thickness, shape, firmness, or quality in just under 1000 nights of sleep with 2 adults. Not bad.

Title: I have back problems and I love this mattress!
Review: I have never bought a bed in a box and I was very worried about what I was going to get. This is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. It forms to you and truly supports your body in a way that is comfortable but also not counterproductive for those with back issues. I added a foam topper out of habit. I didn’t believe it would be this comfortable. Don’t wast your time or money, this thing is good to go out of the box.

Title: So Glad I Made Purchase +2 year review
Review: I had been looking for almost a year, trying to figure out if I wanted a innerspring with plush top or a memory foam mattress. I have never owned a memory foam mattress before and wanted to make a good investment. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have severe hip and back pain and I need a quality bed. I found this Ashley Chime 12 inch King Size Memory Foam Mattress on Prime Day and I am so glad I did.It arrived in a very long box, exactly as seen in the product video. (I do want to say to Ashley that they really should find a way to manufacture handles somewhere on this awkward box!) You cannot actually handle it very easily. It was very heavy, almost or right at 90 lbs, so you will need help getting it inside and setting it up.After opening the vaccum sealed bag it began to inflate and was full 12 inches in less than 2 hours. There was very little to no smell for me after a few hours.The first night it felt extremely firm, but I slept well. I woke up with minimal hip pain the next morning and was very happy.It seems to become softer as the days pass or it could be as I become accustomed to it. Overall I am very pleased, I got an incredible deal and my pain level has decreased.I would reccomend this Ashley Chime and I most definitely would purchase again.I will try and update in about 6 months. I am curious how it wears after some time has passed.Thanks Amazon and Ashley FurnitureUpdate:It's been almost 2 years since I purchased this product. I'm very happy to report that I have almost no detectable wear that I can find. It is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever owned. I had never owned any memory foam mattress before and didn't know what to expect. I never thought I'd be this impressed honestly.A good night's rest is so important for good health and now I'm actually able to get good sleep. I'm so very happy with this mattress. I hope when I do have to replace this one in the future that they still have this product available.Oh and just an observation, if you have hip or leg problems you definitely should get a lower profile mattress. This one being 12 inches tall is a little difficult for me getting into some days. Once on the bed it is so comfortable. I honestly didn't consider the height being an issue before I purchased it. Chime does come in 8, 10 and 12 inch height. Hope this helps...Enjoy!

Review: This mattress is on the firmer side. No complain. Perfect sleep and support thru the night. It's great for people has back pain. This is our 3rd foam mattress. We had a Magniflex for over 10 years. It was expensive but money worth spent. We would like to upgrade to a King size mattress but a Magniflex was out of our budget. We also have an Endy in twin. It's nice foam mattresses on a budget but it's too soft/plush for our backs. When we came across this one, many reviewers mentioned this is firm or too firm. This was the one!! Great quality and price. Inflated in 24 hours.

Review: I have Zero complaints and only rave reviews. Buying a mattresses is harder than some might think. This is somewhere you're recommended to spend a third of your day... ( if we could be so lucky!) Fantastic buy! I am thrilled that it worked for me and I also bought a twin for my young son and he loves it....I am now buying one for my elderly mother..You can not go wrong with the price point either. Worth every penny.And take it from me.. I am about to buy my third mattress...I've already highly recommended this product to friends and family! Worth taking the chance on.
