Feedback

Toasted or Roasted is an offensive/defensive game where players try to be the first to start their campfire and toast three marshmallows. But watch out for Roasty because he will burn the marshmallows to a crisp!
Be the first player to start your campfire and toast three marshmallows
Opponents can rain on your campfire, blow your fire out, or burn your marshmallow

Title: "Roasted & Toasted" family game is so much fun!
Review: We played this on our recent family July 4th camping trip, and it was a lot of fun for our entire family. It's an easy game for the kids to understand, and we followed it up with the making of smores! The strategy of the game is to get three roasted marshmallows done before any other player, but watch out as the other players can roast your marshmallows to a crisp! Also, there are wind and rain cards that can be used to blow the campfire out and cause you to start over!Oh so much fun and laughter! A quick game for up to four players.

Title: Great family fun even for youngsters
Review: We did have to buy a second game to be able to play with more than 4 people. Once the kids figure out the game they are savages with no mercy. And will put your fire out instead of winning the game. LOL.

Title: Fun for small children and adults alike!
Review: Fun and simple yet competitive game for the whole family. All of my kids enjoy the game, including my 5 and 12 year old. The rules are simple and easy to follow, and keeps us entertained for a good amount of time. Only complaint is the amount of players. I wish we could play at least 6, maybe an expansion pack can be offered?

Title: So
Review: The game is short and fairly easy for kids to play. My frustration is with the rules. The rules are vague, but we just made up our own. For example, no where in the game does it say if you are allowed to draw to keep your hand at 4. Sometimes you play a card not on your turn (wind card) and it doesn’t say to play short handed or draw. So, we just decided to keep 4 in our hand and that solved that. It was fun for a quick game and otherwise easy for our kids ages 8-12.

Title: 4 Year Old enjoys it, not too boring for parents
Review: My 4 yo daughter loves this game, and we like playing it with her. She didn't have any trouble learning it, and really gets a kick out of "roasting" others. She also likes all the different faces on the marshmallows. There are some finer points of the game that she needs a little prompting with, such as turning her stick over and putting the fire starters in the tool box, but overall, this is a great game to play with kids, and she can often win without us having to let her win. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because it seems like there are a few confusing rules (like the wind card, and the tool box), but we just do what we think is best.

Title: Great fun!
Review: Played multiple times on a rainy cold day. Easy to learn and outwitting others is hilarious. Now that campgrounds are not closed due to COVID maybe we can take in camping!

Title: Our favorite camping game!!!
Review: This game is great fun to play as a family. Good for teaching strategy to kids: do I make the play that will get myself closer to winning or the play that knocks another player down. Our toddler will choose to burn someone's marshmallow every time.
