Title: Charger head defective.
Review: I gave a bad opinion about this product because the first one didn't work and when I received the second one it didn't work either so I left the second device charging for an hour and than I went back to check and still didn't work but got frustrated and I push the charger harder into the device and I hear a click and for some reason I thought that it may work so yeah I turned it on and it did!!!!So is working and I haven't returned the first device so I went to check with that one and I didn't hear a click it was connected just fine so i check the charger head in other cable and it didn't work so i replace the charger head of the device and guess what!!! Is working!!! And first night I left them on I wake up in the morning and found many dead roaches on the floor everywhere!!!!! So it comes with problems that has solutions so I'm not returning back any of the devices, they work pretty good I mean look at the photos is amazing, no more roaches in my from the first night.

Title: Drives Rodents Crazy! It Works!
Review: Had a bad problem with squirrels getting into my attic and running around wildly disturbing me and more than likely destroying wiring or insulation? Tried turning on lights and placed a security camera with light and sound but they just ignored it! Ordered this device and it arrived so I wanted to experience what it did so I turned it on in my living room. Then planning on placing it in the attic later I went out on an errand. Upon my return sat down to silence! No scratching noises from my ceiling. No scurrying around upstairs! This device was working in my living room through the ceiling drywall to drive the rodents out!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! It works for me can't guarantee it will work for you but I'm a believer.

Title: Doesn’t work to repel mice
Review: I followed the directions. I then followed the troubleshooting directions. No success. An exterminator trapped 6 mice. Put a fabric around my stink pipe, unplugged this item. Problem solved.

Title: CAT EARS TWITCHING
Review: I believe that my cat can hear the frequency of this product because as soon as I turned it on she jumped up alert. Then she went into another room. I brought the device over to the other room and the cat's ears started twitching back and forth as if she could hear something. The cat then ran out of that room and hid behind the couch probably in an attempt to escape the frequency sound. I turned the device off, but the cat is still hiding behind the couch. I suggest that any one who has pets and buys this product should observe their pets to see if their pet reacts when the device is turned on. Otherwise, you're going to have a miserable pet.Update 7/19/24: Tried to turn this product on for the second time to test on a few spiders I saw in the bathroom, and it would not come on. I charged it for one hour and it still would not light up again.

Title: Not very PET friendly
Review: Havnt notice a difference with mice activity or bugs, but have noticed my DoG will not go near the room its in.. he can hear it and it makes him anxious, he doent like it ON.
