Title: Exceeded my expectations
Review: I’ve been going to Physical Therapy for treatment of a stiff/sore neck. I saw one of the therapists using another brand of massager on a patient, and asked if they could try it in me. It worked beautifully, and that evening I searched through Amazon’s selection of hand held massagers.I read all the reviews and watched the videos and selected the Bob and Brad mini massager. The reviews stressed that the Bob and Brad mini was smaller and lighter, but just as powerful and easier to operate, than competitors.My son and I use it at home every day, and I take it to every PT session, where my therapist gives me a 5 minute neck and shoulder massage. She loves the Bob and Brad and is going to buy one on Amazon for her family. Another patient tried my B and B and bought one for himself on Amazon.The small size, light weight, power, ease of use, and overall quality of this Bob And Brad mini massager have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it with 5+ stars.

Title: Good Product; Great Customer Service
Review: Excellent customer service: responsive, caring, and helpful.Chose this product after much research and reading the reviews. Have been very pleased with the massage gun, finding it very effective in addressing leg pain after running and officiating. It has multiple attachments and the instructions are clear. An issue developed with the heat/cold attachment (would not remain attached). I contacted customer service who worked to resolve the issue and, in the end, provided a replacement. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and care for their customers. Recommend.

Title: My new best friend!
Review: I am a licensed massage therapist. I can do self-massage in limited ways without a machine to help myself if my muscles are tight and sore. I can also hurt my hands trying to release my own hamstrings or other larger muscles.In the past I avoided massager machines because I thought they all just worked with vibration. They were not working deep enough, only at skin level, and weren't truly effective for deep muscle release. This machine has totally changed my mind...thanks Bob and Brad...the "most famous therapists on the internet...in their opinion"! Their videos are on YouTube and they give a lot of information about using this tool they have endorsed. That is how I discovered this product.This massage gun works in a percussive manner. It uses a really fast motion that is truly effective to get into the muscles. It works. I love that it has several versatile attachments and a super nice little case to keep them in. If you are looking for a "sexual massager" this is probably not the one to choose. It would likely hurt a lot and bruise you even on a low setting, just saying.I am a little disappointed in the instructions and surprised they didn’t include the cautions I felt would be important regarding misuse. This is a powerful little machine that could hurt someone if used on nerves or other contraindicated spots. They do show excellent illustrations for those who understand the anatomy. I highly recommend that you learn how to use this machine by watching multiple videos from Bob and Brad. If you go to a massage therapist who understands therapeutic massage, or to a PT let them know you have this gun, or are thinking of getting it so you can talk to them about it. They can help you learn how to use it safely. I would be happy to help a client learn to use this machine, and I will be recommending it to some of them.I want to say that it should be used very gently, especially at first, and on MUSCLES, not on bone or in nerve "pockets" like arm pits. I haven't even used it on high speed so I imagine it would be powerful enough for anyone who wanted to use it. If your neck is the problem they have a massager for that…this one might be too harsh in that area.Just know this is not a toy. It is a serious piece of equipment and an effective one used properly.That being said mine is now named “Edward”. I was getting hamstring tightness and Edward helped me quickly release the muscles that I simply could not manage with my own hand strength. I’m grateful.I go to a massage therapist and get massage regularly, but in between sessions I will be asking Edward to help me save my hands for my clients, and I’m sure he will help me keep the pain of my tight muscles away.

Review: I purchased two in February and March of 2021. They both still hold a charge and work well. The handle slides now, which is annoying, otherwise the massage gun is fine.

Title: Great value massage gun
Review: I decide to buy the Bob and Brad massage gun after reading and watching many massage gun reviews to find one that fit my budget and would also be of good quality and suit my needs. I wanted a massage gun under $150, not overly bulky or heavy, and could provide enough power to be effective. Now that I have the massage gun in hand and have been using it once a day for 3 days, I can say that I'm pretty thrilled to have it. It provides more than enough power for my needs, is not bulky like a full size gun, but also not too small like the ultra compact ones you see. I believe there are a very small number of massage guns available of this quality for $80-$100. That's the other thing I'm extremely pleased with. I was willing to spend up to $150 but was really much more comfortable at $100. Paying only $80 was a total bonus! My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the battery life and decibel level was not what I expected based on the reviews I watched. Both of course are subjective. It's a tad louder than expected but by no means considered loud in my opinion. The battery does not last as long as I expected but understand that this is highly dependent on how much you are using it. So far I've been using it once a day for 3 days on several parts of my body and the battery is down to 25%. That means I'll have to charge it every 4 days. I suppose that's not bad for how much I'm using it right now but like I said, I was expecting a bit more strictly based on the reviews I read and watched. In short, if you are on the fence with this massage gun, don't be. Just buy it and be happy.UPDATE: After having this massage gun for 4 months, I'd decrease my rating and no longer recommend it. It continues to work well but has become more noisy. The entire plastic frame rattles now when I apply pressure. It seems like the 2 sections of the gun that are probably screwed together have come loose. The grip on the gun has also become loose and moves. I imagine this will just get worse with time. When it comes time to replace this massage gun, I will be looking at other brands. I actually just bought a massage gun for a family member for Christmas and choose another brand due to my extended experience with Bob and Brad.

Review: I do some contact sports, and have regularly used cheaper (aliexpress/ebay/..) massage guns. This unit definitely provides more power than most cheaper units I've used. The selection of heads is more than what I'll probably ever use. I stick to the ball and soft percussion heads. There are a few reviews on Youtube and they give a good representation of the unit. I haven't felt the more 'premium' units available, but as stated it definitely outperforms cheaper sports massagers. It lasts multiple sessions after charging (5-10 till timer protection kicks in) depending on the amount of pressure applied and speed it's run at.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
