Title: Nice quality unit. Looks like it's build to last.
Review: Just installed this unit in a window as a bathroom exhaust fan. Buying a fan is always a crapshoot since quality can vary so widely BUT I get the feeling this one is going to be a keeper. The company has a good reputation. Very solid unit. Even the packaging is very impressive. (You'll understand when / if you buy one.) Recommend.

Review: this model when you turn it off it goes back to blowing air in so you have to hit the exhaust or air out button every time you turn it back on if you want to exhaust air out, not a big deal.

Title: Doesn't fit a new window with the screen in
Review: I just got new windows a month ago and wanted to add a fan but the depth of this fan is too big for the screen to remain in. With Wirecutter recommending the larger size I thought this one would be good as my window’s width is too small for the larger one. The description here says that the unit should fit with the screen in most windows and the screen is recommended to be kept in place so I was disappointed that it doesn't fit a new window. The description of the product should state the width needed to keep the screen in so people can make an informed decision on whether this fan fits their needs. (Appears there needs to be at least two inches of space from where it sits in the sill to the screen). I have thought about trying to set the fan forward so I could keep the screen in but the top piece of foam would be to far forward to create a seal. May get a piece of weatherstripping for a seal if I go that route. Obviously, that would create additional costs. Might be easier to just return the fan and get one that does fit my window. The function of the fan seems to work well otherwise.

Title: Not worth the money
Review: I liked the description by Vornado that there is up to 1,075 FPM, 752 CFM, whole room circulation, I liked that it has an exhaust function. In practice this product falls way short on what was advertised, downright misleading. In the video I provided, in exhaust mode, the unit was at maximum, I set up a tape measure, and it doesn't move a sheet of paper hanging in front of it until it's about 4 inches from the unit. Left on at max for several hours and there was no difference in temperature. The regular fan feature is ok but it doesn't circulate the air very well in a 10 X 10 bedroom. So not worth the $80 price point. Will be returning this product.
