Review: Good size for a bedroom, bulb is a 3 way that was included with my order. Color is black painted wood. Shelves are very sturdy and able to hold a fair amount of decoration or books. Has been moved twice now! Great product for the cost.

Title: Good Value, Easy Assembly
Review: This lamp is a decent value and quality. It was as expected from the photos. The included bulb is not a smart bulb. The assembly was simple, however, the instructions were limited. Here are some assembly observations: The metal frames clip into the shade. The slotted metal frame's cross-members should be oriented towards the center of the shade. The bottom plate is the thicker of the 4 plates. The headed screws are inserted into the bottom (and top) plates from the recessed hole side. I also oriented the grain of each plate in the same direction. The headless screws are used for the center column posts (1 extra of each type screw). The top plate's recessed holes should face up and should be fastened with headed screws. The lamp can be oriented in any direction, however I chose to orient the pull chain to the "front" of the lamp. The lamp included cord clips and zip ties. The zip ties were not mentioned in the instructions. I located both the clips and zip ties on the "back" posts facing the "rear" of the lamp equally spaced between the shelves. Should be easy!
