Title: AMAZING!
Review: I wanted to wait some time before writing a review on this item so that it can speak volumes of its performance. I bought this as a gift for my partner in January and I am able to use as well... This eye massager is truly helpful for stressful times such as now with COVID-19 and having to work from home + kids. It is a perfect tool for headaches related to tired eyes, stress, just a cold or even for when you just need some relaxation. I love the heat setting, it helps me go to sleep if I have trouble doing so and it shuts off on its own! If you are looking for something worth your money during these tough times, look no further, this is worth it!

Title: I would love an option to adjust massage pressure
Review: I will start by saying that I am returning the Breo iSee4. I recall reading a review that said it was great for sinus pressure around the eyes. Oh man was I hopeful. I think that maybe had I been able to adjust the “massage” pressure around my temples, I would have loved it regardless of the noise it makes. It makes quite a lot of noise (I wasn’t able to enjoy it as much but it didn’t so much both my boyfriend). The kneading pressure around the temples was way too much for both of us. I was ready to take it off after 3 minutes. I think I would have liked a bit more of the massage above and between the eyebrows (that’s just where I hold a lot of sinus pressure in the winter) and around the bottom of my eyes. I do have very dry eyes as well and would sing the praises of the Breo iSee4 if I could have just had the heat without the massage. But then I wouldn’t have wanted to pay $100+ for that. Overall, it works exactly as it says it does, so that warrants my 4 start rating.

Review: I was unsure about this because of the price, but I saw it on a list of things that can help with anxiety, insomnia, and sinuses and having issues with all those things I thought it was worth a try.I have loved it since I tried it. It helps a lot with any sinus headaches I get and I’ve had many times it helped me fall asleep. I didn’t know how easy it was going to be to sleep in, but it’s so relaxing I’ve fallen asleep wearing it on accident. I definetly reccomend for anyone with anxiety or sleep issues and problems with sinuses. It’s worth the money.

Title: Doesn’t reach to temples, slightly uncomfortable
Review: I really wanted to love this, I still think I’ll keep it just because I got such a good deal on it to help my eyes during a migraine, but I wish it was made wider/longer to actually hit your temples! It fits pretty uncomfortably I even let my petite sister try and she complained of the same issue, thinking it was just my face at 1st... but I don’t know of anything else that does these functions on the eyes, with it on while using the massage chair totally put me to sleep the 1st I used it though and it forced me to relax which is why I decided its worth it!

Review: What I love most about the cordless eye massager is that it forces you to just take a break. Your eyes are covered, so its time to take a time out for yourself. No checking your phone, or watching TV...just time to relax and chill. The eye massager is super easy to control,Great for sinus pressure and overall pressure of the day. Great relaxer and gives you time to even meditate.

Title: Poor design choices spoil the product
Review: Deal breakers: (1) Obnoxious beeps after every session are just ridiculous (can't be disabled). (2) Sound effects implementation is bad. The sounds are good, but they play for ~15 s each and then switch to another. E.g. crickets chirp for 15s, then waves quietly crash for 15s, then you're next to a gentle stream for 15s ... it's quite distracting. (3) A lack of control over individual features independently (sound effects, vibration, heat) is an inconvenience. The only control is over three modes which can be cycled, and the setting for each mode should be listed in the product description for clarity, but they are not (I don't remember them exactly after having returned the product). Nice thing is that all these things can be fixed in the next iSee5 or iSee4+ or whatever the next iteration turns out to be.

Title: Great massager. Some tips and my feedback/impressions
Review: I was very excited about this product and I didn't know what to expect. My first initial impressions were of disappointment. In fact, I almost considered returned it after calling Amazon. I mostly felt the amount of pressure the eye massager provided was very unsatisfactory. It originally felt the device was very uncomfortable and gave weak pressure for the most part which I'll explain later.I decided to charge the eye massager for a significant amount of time and try to use it again. After doing this, the amount of pressure the eye massager was able to provide, was significantly better than what I had experienced the first time. As with most massagers, the amount of pressure it gives, depends on the amount of battery life the device has; which still doesn't impress me; and why I'm knocking off a star.I highly recommend you give the eye massager device a full charge before use. Only when I allowed the device to was fully charge, was I able to get a good hour or so worth of good/solid pressure and warm enough heat.Secondly, I discovered I wasn't wearing the eye massager correctly. Now what I mean by this?I was placing it much too far down on my nose.I had it resting on my nose, and thought the eye massager was very uncomfortable; it kept hitting my nose every time it adjusted! Ouch! So after some trial and error, I found placing it where your able to feel the warmest part of heated pad, at eye level, and making he massager is just above bridge of your nose is ideal placement.

Review: We bought one as we wanted a massager with the minimum noises. This model appeared well made and looked fantastic and did what we expected. However the battery has an issue. Contacted Breo Australia and got immediate response. A new replacement arrived in 2 days.5 star products on the web are everywhere. Australia is not a big market so often we don't see quality products in the local retails. The web shopping filled the gap. However it's often a question about the service quality. To me, Breo Australia customer scored 5 star.

Review: Prompt delivery. Didn’t come with charger and i use my own USB charger.Would prefer more air pressure and for the pressure to stay longer at pressure points. Can only really feel pressure on the temple.Sounds, vibration, and heat especially clunky. Good for activities if you’re trying to learn to focus and ignore, not so great if you’re after relaxation and just bliss.
