Review: Trying to learn to make French macarons and these parchment sheets are a big help. With a template printed on them, I don’t have to guess at size anymore. Great purchase.

Title: Nice template, but paper warps easily
Review: The sheets are nicely sized, and the templates are perfect for larger macarons. However, the paper warps easily and wrinkles around macarons as they set prior to baking. It results in sometimes uneven cookies. This is not a problem with another parchment paper brand that I use, which unfortunately does not offer a version with macaron templates. I am sure there is a perfect product out there, I just need to find it.

Review: There is a waxy coating on the paper making it not a parchment texture at all. I tried several batches of macarons on them and they all came out flat, switched to parchment and they came out perfect.
