Review: This ice maker is a must have for your home. It makes it easier to always have cold drinks in your house while not having to go buy some ice at the store. It makes the ice fast and all you have to do is fill it to the Max line it gives you. It fills about 3 or 4 cups each time you refill your drinks. Itâs the best staple in my kitchen.

Review: Make sure you let it sit upright for a few hours before putting it to work, to let all the things settle where they need to. Itâs quite noisy, but that doesnt bother me, personally. I know it does others. To me, it just tells me itâs working 😉 Itâs not the fastest ice maker in the world, but again, thatâs AOK with me. I donât mind waiting on the ice. Good starter unit!

Title: nugget ice maker
Review: I've had bullet ice makers in the past and was super excited to move up to a nugget ice maker. Upon arrival this ice maker felt heavy duty and I was excited to try some nugget ice! I opened it up and let it sit overnight in the upright position before my first use. Ran it through a clean cycle and then I was ready to go.... Filled it up with water and it was up and running making some delicious nugget ice in no time. The machine doesn't actually keep the ice cold, and allows it to melt and remake ice once the bucket get full, melts down and then it cycles again just as an FYI.I've been using this for over 2 weeks now and that's where the problems begin...I'll start by saying it is still currently making ice, however it makes an awful grinding/whining type noise while running and I'm afraid the longevity of this unit may not be what I hoped for. While it feels heavy/sturdy and well built it seems something in the motor/fan may be going out and I may be on the brink of looking for a replacement because of the sounds it's making, plus it's so loud at this point that I can't leave it run in the kitchen because of the noise that carries throughout the house.
