Review: This does almost everything it says - straightens or curls - but I wish it opened a bit wider, and the claim that hair slides through and releases smoothly is a little optimistic. My hair has caught a couple of times on some ridges in the plates. Still, it does make my hair look good.

Review: I really really wanted to love this hair tool, but no matter what I do or how hard I try I CANNOT get it to curl my hair. I wish I would’ve looked at the videos on YouTube before even purchasing this waste of money.Even on the sections that do actually curl, it looks like a frizzy mess. And when I was twisting the tool in my hair I kept changing the temp because of where the control for that is.Over all it was a major waste of money and I am beyond disappointed because it has the potential to be great. Will be returning it this week.

Title: Looks easy but it’s tricky to use
Review: As a girl who is very low maintenance with her hair (doesn’t even brush it), I was looking for a tool that I could easily use to style my hair on the rare occasion that it’s necessary or when I just wanna do something different. After watching videos on how to properly use it I thought I could figure it out pretty easily.Unfortunately it was hard for me to figure out how to get nice curls or even waves. My hair is pin straight so I thought that may be the reason or because I really don’t even know how to do my hair but after a while I found a tip that helps keep the hair clamped. Holding the curler pointing down while twisting it the whole way down seems to make a pretty nice curl and if you want it to be curlier just hold it in place a little longer before twisting down.My main issue was having my hair come loose and not staying clamped and also it pulling hairs out. Temperature control seemed to be good and overall is an ok product once you figure out how to use it right.

Review: Not a good product it is cheaply made the heat plates pull hair and your hair will get twisted in the base. Also the heat jumps from 300 to 380 to 410 with no options in between and the heat knob twists and changes temperature when you are trying to twist hair. The curls were nothing special if the hair curled at all. I am glad I bought this so I can share with you all that its not a good one. Spend better get better.
