Review: The cart is very sturdy. It only accommodates 5/8 inch hose. 3/4 inch hose is not recommended. I purchased as a combo with the 5/8 inch stainless steel hose and makes a very nice set.

Title: Terrible instructions
Review: The instructions are some of the worst I’ve seen. There aren’t enough clear images, the hardware comes pre assembled in the wrong configurations, the hardware descriptions require you to have a tool to measure the threads. At the end of assembling this I was left with multiple pieces of hardware and was so angry I had to take a break.I haven’t gotten to use the product yet so I can’t really comment on overall usability but based on the assembly alone I highly recommend you purchase something else.

Title: Sturdy Hose Reel
Review: As is often the case the instructions could be better. Some bolts though identified in the instructions weren't used though I suspect they might be for mounting the reel on your house. I bought this for the overall sturdiness and hoping it will last years. First impressions are that it should last quite some time.

Title: Do NOT buy
Review: My shipment was missing a part. Amazon’s instructions say you should contact the manufacturer for support. When I tried that, after several back-and-forth emails, I was told that they wouldn’t support me because it wasn’t purchased from them directly or their official Amazon store (the seller for my item was “Amazon”. This was all over a simple missing nut. Terrible support, I’d strongly advise you stay away.I did replace the nut on my own, and it does work, but I’m also concerned I don’t get the water pressure I should be. Once you assemble the hose guide (a clamp that screws onto the reel), the hose crimps, even when using the Giraffe hose.
