Title: Easy to use
Review: My yard was over run by crab grass after having a landscaper lay down seed. I have a dog and didn't want to use harsh weed killer so decided to try a standing weed puller. This thing worked great to remove the entire weed and saved my back! It's very sturdy, easy to use especially after a couple tries. The video was only my second time using it, I got better and faster the more I used it and fyi that's the neighbor dog barking, mine was unfazed by the tool and my 90 year old father was filming. Lol. He also found it easy to use! Loved the release feature. It was addicting and therapeutic to remove all the weeds. It does leave holes but I have dirt and new grass seed to fill in. I would recommend if you have a large amount of weeds to remove or can't bend over easily.

Title: works great
Review: Simple to use, saves your back because you stand up. We have crawling weeds that run under the grass in Florida and it is amazing to see the weed legs pulled in as you windup the puller. When you center the unit, it also pulls the root out. It is made very strong and designed to last.

Title: Very easy to use and effective in removing weeds
Review: I was very pleased with the unit-- the design is excellent. It was effective in removing weeds without bending over. The adjustable handle was a plus as well as the mechanism to remove the weed clump from the unit. The unit worked beautifully for a few hours then one of the round rods broke off, even thought the soil was relatively soft, rendering the unit useless. My advice to the manufacturer is to strengthen the rods or make them replaceable. I am returning the unit for a replacement because I really like the design.. My hope is that I just received an inferior unit. Time will tell. To Amazon's credit I filed for a replacement yesterday and I am receiving the replacement tomorrow.

Title: Awesome tool. Some assembly required. Works fine. Relies on a twisting motion to secure weeds.
Review: Video available to show how to assemble. Tools provided adequate for assembly, but I used my own Allen wrenches and screwdrivers, as they were better quality to do the minor assembly work.This tool does not "squeeze" grab the weed like some others - it relies on a twisting motion to secure weeds. May not work as well for some types of weeds that you may be faced with. Not a big issue for me.I personally love the eject feature. You can easily discharge the "twist" captured invader into your bucket - very satisfying! 🙂

Title: Not for mediun to large weeds
Review: Failed miserably trying to use on rough uncut area to get goatheads out. It was not big or sturdy enough. Also, the lever part that's supposed to push the weeds and dirt off, failed. Very hard and time consuming to put together. Thid may work on dandilions in your grass, but NOT for bigger jobs. Wish I didn't waste my money.

Title: Awesome, Effective and Relatively Inexpensive Tool
Review: I love this thing! I used to rely on weed and feed or other selective lawn herbicides to get rid of the dandelions and other lawn weeds. However, since the herbicide that worked well has been discontinued in my area, and it really isn't very good for the environment anyway (due to run off), I decided to get this tool. It is the bomb when it comes to pulling dandelions and other weeds out of my lawn. It works great and seems well built. I would highly recommend it!

Title: It does pull weeds
Review: This was received as a gift. I think that this would be great in more northerly climates where there is dirt instead of sand. It would work great on dandelions. It is harder in my Florida yard where most weeds grow by rhizomes or extended roots systems. It is easy to use and lightweight.
