Title: Inexpensive but sturdy and reusable - great for gifting pies
Review: I bake pies a lot but often give them away. These pie plates are sturdy and reusable if people return the pie plate to me but are inexpensive enough that if they don't return them it's not much of a loss. Much better than the flimsy lightweight aluminum disposable pans.

Review: This is not the standard pie pan. It measures a tad under 8 inches across the bottom, and the sides are quite low. It's about the size of one of those frozen pies that comes in a small tin, not the size I want when I spend all afternoon making one from scratch.
