Title: These work great
Review: These raid plug ins work great. This is the second one I have bought so I can have one for the RV. The first one here at the house collects alot as we constantly open and close the door for the dog to go in and out.I did try a cheap one but it stopped working after a week so I paid twice as much for the name brand that hasn't failed me yet.

Title: Complete waste of money!
Review: This product is laughable - it has zero ability in "attracting pesky insects." I plugged in this device above my dog's water/food bowls because that seems to be where the bugs hang out. Over the course of a week, I observed two flies and a moth circle around in its vicinity, landing on my dog's bowls, but the bugs were never attracted to this product, nor did they land on it. The cartridge (the sticky insert intended to capture the bugs) is a new and shiny as the day I plugged it in, but for a few dust particles (and the bugs are still flying about the house). Also, the "starter kit" says that it comes with "1 Refill," but don't be fooled, it comes with only a single cartridge. The word "refill" implies that you are able to replenish a used product, but there is only one cartridge, no additional "refill." The wording on the product is misleading, but don't worry, you won't need it anyway because it doesn't work! I thought this would be a good product because it is made by Raid, and because of the Raid name, I thought the expensive price tag might be worth it - what a waste of money. Don't bother buying this product unless you need an over-priced bright blue nightlight! Instead, go to a dollar store and invest in a fly swatter!

Title: THIS THING RACKS UP THE BUGS FAST
Review: In Florida we have little gnats that get in the house and live about 5 days. Very annoying to see one drift in front of the TV at night. Put one of these in each room where you see them. I put one in my garage, it is still doing the job a year later cannot count the tiny gnats and flies stuck to it. To increase the effectiveness, place one of the small plastic apples that hold bait liquid (or a tiny spice shaker) right next to it. When the gnats / flies come to check it out they are done. Plugged one in my kitchen, it caught eight in two days then just about one every week or so afterward.

Title: Works but this should cost around 10 bucks
Review: It does what its supposed to and works well. Easy to set up and change cartridges are easy enough. Product is just a bit pricey for what you're getting. It's literally a night light with a cardboard sticky pad like a mouse glue trap. A pack of mouse traps cost 3 bucks and a night light is 5. So the money doesn't add up, but I guess it's a one time purchase and Amazon has generic cartridges you can buy for cheap refills. It you have mouse traps you could probably just cut them in half and have 6 refills for 3 bucks

Title: Really bright light, no option to turn off light when plugged in
Review: This could work well as a nightlight/bug trap combo, but I don't like how I can't turn off the light without unplugging it. It's way too bright to be plugged in in my ensuite bathroom at night when I'm trying to sleep, so I need to unplug it every night- a bit annoying. I had another bug trap like this that had different light options, including turning off the lamp completely- obviously it won't attract bugs then, but it was easier to just do that at night than fully unplug it.On the other hand, if you like a nightlight anyways, this is bright enough to serve as a nightlight too (although it's a very blue light). The bug trap part is fine- it's just a sticky card that the bugs stick to when they go to the light, but no complaints there.

Title: It works!
Review: I recently moved from a third floor apt to a first floor apt and noticed a lot of gnats. I do have a lot of plants which could draw them but most were here when I moved in. I purchased the raid plugin and put it in the kitchen outlet where I thought it would get the most use. Sure enough I don't have anymore gnats flying around. I haven't had any problem with flies but I think it would be just as good getting rid of them also. I'm thinking of getting another to put into the other room. I bought refills too. I absolutely love Amazon. I can always find what I want or need.

Title: It didn’t work at all
Review: Bright blue light which is useful to keep a light on in the kitchen however useless to the purpose of catching flies. Won’t buy again - waste of money in my opinion.
