Title: Works great, optional scent disc is strong..
Review: It's so easy to setup, literally take it out of all the packaging and plug it in. There is a paper-like scent bag included that keeps the device smelling good during shipping - don't confuse that with the scent disc that's wrapped in a foil-like bag. The scent disc can be inserted in a little cage that's on the underside of the lid. Mine came with a clean/laundry scent and while it does smell like clean laundry, it's way too strong for me. It's not a bad smell!! Just super strong for my preference.It works great, heats up blankets in like 15 minutes. Does fit 2 of the 'oversized' towels. The device does give the fabric a bit of a metallic smell when it's done (without using the scent disc), but it's not overpowering or 'bad' per-say, just noticeable. I imagine that won't be as prominent as time goes on and it's used more.The inside metal does get very hot, of course. So just be careful when removing things. I keep a fist-full bunched up at the top in the middle when I put stuff in so grabbing it later is easy.I've also used it to warm up my clothes/socks - but if you do that make sure there's no metal (zippers/buttons/etc) because those would obviously get very hot.

Title: Great While it Lasted
Review: The towel warmer was purchased as a Xmas gift for my wife. It warmed pretty quickly and worked very well with towels, robes, blankets, etc. Unfortunately, as of June the following year, it stopped working. I don’t see any warranty information available so I am disappointed that I only got 6 months of use for an item over $100.Update: seller made a genuine effort to resolve the issue via replacement or refund. 100% satisfied with the service received and genuine attempt to address my concerns and reach a mutual resolution.

Title: A nice addition to the shower/spa experience
Review: I don't regret buying this. It feels awesome to have a hot towel to come out to after a shower/bath.I wish the towel or clothes that I throw into this thing could retain heat for a while longer but that initial like 30seconds of heat melting over your face and shoulders is reallllly pleasant, especially during winter or if you're always running the AC.If you love heat and hot towels that make your pores feel like they're opening up, this is it. Just keep in mind that they quickly lose this heat once out of the heating bin.It's also so easy to turn out that unfortunately even my cat who loves warm/hot surfaces has learned how to turn this thing on and sit on top of it, so now I have to ensure the bathroom door is always closed lol -.-

Title: Game changer!
Review: I first encountered this towel warmer at an AirBnb that I stayed at. I had never used one before.It has one button to push to turn the unit on. You know it's "on" by the lit up red ring around the button. There is also a safety red light that stays on to remind you that the interior surface is hot.This will house 2 XL bath towels that are rolled up. It thoroughly heats up the towels well. I would say the towel will retain it's warmth for at least 30-45 seconds after removing it from the unit.We use this year round, even in the summer. We just don't leave the towel in as long so it's not as hot. But in the winter, this is a total game changer! I hate being cold when I get out of the shower. I also use a squeegee to wipe down the shower before I get out. I pull this out of the unit and wrap it around me to keep me cozy warm while I'm doing that.The downside is that if you place a slightly damp (from not drying out the night/use before), the heat can produce a slight smell on the towel. If a towel is left in there too long, it will completely dry the towel, but also leave a small odor in the unit. I just prop the lid open after I turn it off to prevent this from remaining in the unit.I have never purchased the aroma circles that you can attach to the underside of the lid. So I can't say how that part works.It has a slick interior that makes wiping down/sterilizing a snap.The lid handle is made of faux wood so it would get damaged with repeated exposure to a wet hand when reaching for the towel inside. It's attractive and is of good quality.I liked it so much that we purchased another one for our guest bathroom.I would highly recommend this towel warmer!

Review: Before anything I’ll say that I ordered one and it was defective. It wouldn’t heat up properly so I complained to the manufacturer company and they sent a new one to me free of charge. They were really helpful and understanding. Now the new one that was sent to me is amazing and how it’s supposed to be. Heats up really quick, takes like 3-5 min and my towel would already be steaming hot. Of course you could leave it in for longer if you like, it has a good amount of space inside and looks nice. Good size and easy to move around if wanted. Highly recommend

Review: Die Handtücher sind super schnell richtig schön warm, toll. Wir haben das Teil draußen beim Whirlpool stehen, natürlich überdacht im Trockenen.Es ist nach ein paar Minuten bereits "heiß" und hält die Temperatur locker eine Stunde, bis es selbstständig ausschaltet.Kleiner Nachteil, den man in den Artikeltext schreiben sollte. Das Gerät hat einen Stecker für UK Steckdosen. Für Deutschland muss sich einen Adapterstecker für ca. 8 EUR dazu bestellen.
