Educational Tool
When kids experience different moods, they sometimes forget what options they have. This flipbook provides positive actions that can be taken for each mood.
Instead of complaining, children are reminded about other choices that can be made.
Emoji Characters Show Mood Expressions
We all experience different emotions from time to time. As adults, it's important to teach kids skills on how to identify their feelings and handle them appropriately.
This flipbook is a great way to start that dialogue.
Kids Learn About Other Choices They Can Make
Kids' moods can change very quickly. One minute they're happy, and the next they're bored or sad.
No matter what children are feeling, adults should help them make positive choices. It may be tempting to soothe them with junk food, TV or video games, but this doesn't address their feelings and can cause unhealthy weight gain.
The My Moods, My Choices Emoji Flipbook is a perfect tool for starting conversations with kids about their feelings, and discussing what choices they can make.

Title: Love this busy book
Review: We love this book. The only thing I don't like is they don't give enough little velcro dots to attach baggies to the facing pages for all the pieces to be put in. I like to keep everything organized so we don't lose the pieces.

Title: Great product!!!!!!
Review: Much needed to help my son Express himself. Durable, easy to use, good size. But the best part was the costumer services. The first on I received had a miss print and they replaced it right away. Which I truly appreciated!

Title: Great for learning feelings!
Review: This book has helped open the conversation about feelings and how to work through them with my 3 y.o. She struggles with knowing how to handle different feelings (understandably) and this is a great tool for her to grab and use. The size makes it convenient to travel with as well. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness because I can't get it to stay standing to be a flip book but overall this is great!

Title: Fabulous book!
Review: I bought this for our four year old boy who has lots of big feelings, as for year olds do. He loves talking about the feelings and suggestions for how to cope described in the book. He quickly memorized it and has now started implementing the suggested coping mechanisms in his daily life. âIâm feeling bored so Iâll do a puzzle!â or âIâm hungry, I need a healthy snack!â We often use the book before bed to talk about how certain events made him (and even myself!) feel throughout the day and what we can do next time we feel that way. Itâs honestly a good reminder even for grown ups to stop and assess how weâre really feeling and what we can do about it. My only complaint is that we bought the version with the stand and it quickly collapses and wonât stay open. Overall, highly recommend this book!

Title: Life changing for my daughter!
Review: My 4 year old daughter has been using this non-stop since we received it yesterday. It has helped her so much already in communicating her needs/emotions.The box it comes in has images of all 20 emotions. I cut it out, scanned it, laminated it and used Velcro to attach it to the back of the flip chart (see video/images). I numbered each emotion by the page itâs on. Then on each page I used a dry erase marker to mark the pages (see video). On the last page it shows all the choices you can make. Thereâs an empty spot at the end where my daughter and I use a dry erase marker to think of other choices we can make. I love that the entire flip chart is laminated so that we were able to add what we needed to make this chart accustomed to our needs. If Iâm in another room my daughter looks at all the emotions, detaches the emotion she feels (since I used a Velcro for each one) and she comes to me with her emotion and we figure out together what we can do about it.Thank you so much for this product! I hope this review helps someone.
