Title: Salmonella Risk!
Review: While the recipes are appealing only one is for a cooked version. There is no safety warning or information on how to prevent Salmonella from the raw eggs.Would highly recommend the author revise the cookbook to include information on the need to use pasteurized eggs in all recipes that are not cooked. As well as information on how to cook any recipes that don't call for whipped egg whites.
